Cape created by Rebecca Anne Designs for my NYC elopement, but it doesn't match my dress as I hoped it would. The sleeves can be worn on the shoulders or near the elbows, cape length is around ankles. UK14 but the sleeves and width of the cape are elasticated. Protective bag and box included.
