One of 3 ever made (the mill stopped making the fabric), this Charlie Brear dress is almost completely unique! The dress is valued at £4530, original paperwork can be supplied, I bought the dress for £1350 at a Charlie Brear sample sale and had it professionally dry cleaned both before and after the wedding. My measurements: Size 8 top (84cm bust, 68cm waist) Size 10 hip (fullest part 94 cm). 5ft 9. Wore with Prada platforms (7.5cm/ 3” heel) There are two layers to the dress (separate from each other). The outer layer is sheer with beautiful lace inserts; the inner layer is a bias-cut satin slip. For the outer layer, alternations were made around the waist, and bust only - there was still plenty of room as I want a more relaxed fit. The size 10 slip was only reduced only in length so that it sat at the corners of the scalloped edge, but it could be made shorter so that more lace was visible. The dress has been dry cleaned by specialists. It is almost immaculate other than a small dirt mark at the back hem lace (barely noticeable, photo can be provided) The dress comes with the original bag, hanger, and labels. I will also provide the original paperwork from Charlie Brear (alternations, dry cleaning, underwear advice and underwear discount) I wore the dress with the AM Faulkner minimal structured veil in chapel length. I will be selling this too so let me know if you are interested, it is in perfect condition. Based in London, happy to discuss the option of trying it on first.
