I bought this dress from a London boutique this Summer and wore it to my wedding in September. It is a beautifully classic dress with a simple line and timeless elegance. Despite having a full skirt it is very lightweight and I wore it on a very hot day so I know that it was very bearable and breathable too! I loved the fact that it had a lovely 1950s style to it, a real Audrey Hepburn feel. It was soft and supple and moved beautifully, no stiffness at all, it reminded me a little of silk chiffon but is crafted from 100% silk. It isn't boned and doesn't have any corsetting so is very comfortable, has pretty covered buttons down the back and a very pretty neckline. I am a size 8 and am around 5 ft4 and wore around a 3inch heel. I had the bow reduced a little in size plus I had it shortened a little and the straps were adjusted, otherwise no other adjustments were made. Happy to take further measurements for waist etc.
