The Dress Stunning delicate A line long sleeve lace Wendy Makin dress in ivory with an oat lining, giving a warmer tone to the dress, following with a boho edge. Dress feels really light to wear, and tulle is very soft. ‘Aurora’ Dress is in excellent condition ‘new with tags’, this is a sample dress which has been tried on but not worn. Fit of Dress Bust 38.5”, Waist 30.5”, Hip 42”. The dress has not been altered so size as standard. The dress can be altered a size either side, which would be perfect for anyone with a short time-scale before their wedding day. Fabric Delicate lace bodice with beading details, lace details which cascade down on to soft floaty tulle and lace panelled skirt. Lace and tulle is ivory with the lining in an oat. Condition As mentioned above, this was a sample dress in a bridal shop in West Yorkshire. It has been tried on but not worn. I have carefully checked over the dress and there is one or two beads hanging on a thread (which can be easily re-sewn on when you take the dress to a seamstress for size alterations) and a very small foundation mark on the inside of the bodice, which could be removed by dry-cleaning and obviously isn’t noticeable when wearing. Reason for selling I bought this dress for my wedding during lockdown and I wasn’t able to try on until I’d purchased it, I hoped to slim into the dress but unfortunately it still doesnt fit me :) I have since moved the wedding date allowing me to do the ‘dress shopping experience’. I am based in West Yorkshire and am happy to travel across West Yorkshire (potentially other places in Yorkshire) to drop off to a future bride.
