Becky was joined by Jonathan Carter-Morris via Zoom for this week's episode of the podcast. Jonathan is co-founder of Caviar & Chips. You can guess what they talked about. Funnily enough, they didn't mention caviar or chips. But, they did talk about wedding menus, catering trends for 2021, and dealing with menu alterations due to Covid-19.

Jonathan answered all of your catering questions, from menu ideas for a beach wedding to his favourite things to cook and how you go about booking a caterer for your wedding. They also talked a lot about how to create the perfect menu.
