Steeton Hall Wedding with Grey Roses

Imani and Arron not only look like movie stars but they were treated like movie stars too. With guests who were unable to attend their registry office wedding looking through the windows and cheering them on as they said I do. They then headed to Steeton Hall for an intimate reception full of DIY decor, love, laughter and speeches. One of our favourite moments was the speeches. Family and friends spontaneously stood up to say a few words about us, filling the room with tears and laughter.

INTIMATE

Another one of our favourite moments had to be at the registry office. We were restricted to 8 guests including ourselves, but our lovely registrar opened all the windows so all our family and friends outside could look in and hear our vows. It felt like something out of a movie!

ADVICE

For all socially distanced Covid weddings coming up, remember that love is not cancelled. It can still be as beautiful. In fact more so, and more perfect than you could ever imagine. Our vibe was modern and classic, with touches of homemade wedding DIY.

The love and laughter at Imani and Arron’s intimate Steeton Hall reception is infectious. Those smiles are everything!

We tried to keep suppliers to the minimum, with our plans being forced to change we wanted our day to be as intimate and “homemade” as possible.

Steeton Hall Hotel and Restaurant is a privately owned, country property dating back to 1611. It was the perfect setting for Imani and Arron’s intimate wedding.
