A Touch of Kent

I cannot thank a touch of Kent enough for my wedding flowers. I ordered them super last minute with a vague idea of what I would like, and they put together bouquets for me and my bridesmaids better then any of the ones I had saved pictures of for inspiration. When I say that these ladies go ABOVE AND BEYOND it is an understatement! Through no fault of their own, there was a mix up with the delivery company and I received a box of reading glasses instead of the beautiful flowers. Sam and Katie were straight on the case, even though they were both on their own holidays and I cannot thank them enough. At one point they was willing to make me a whole new bunch of bouquets and drive them all the way down to Eastbourne!! Delivery was resolved thanks to Sam on the case with delivery company and my flowers arrived safe and sound before the wedding. What a team! We had so many compliments on our flowers and best part is that we get to keep them forever ❤️

These girls took our vision to another level. They asked questions at our meetings which (at the time) we didn't think we're relevant but they really were to help them understand what it was we wanted. They transformed our day into the most magical wedding for us! We were so chilled knowing it was in their hands. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you ladies! 100% recommend you.

A Touch of Kent went over and above for us. Honestly couldn't speak more highly of them. Their communication was amazing throughout the planning process which was so reassuring. A particular highlight were the bookmarks/ place names. We combined these places names with our favours. Each guest got to take home their place name which doubled up as a bookmark. A Touch of Kent were kind enough to make mock ups, offered suggestions for designs and just generally bent over backwards. We only had a couple of people who left them behind which I think is a great sign of a fab favour! At most weddings I've been to, favours all get left behind and it ends up being such a waste but all 126 of our guests now have a memory from our wedding that'll last forever in the form of this beautiful bookmark. We also hired runners from them which were beautiful and fit with our vibe perfectly. Lovely supplier, would recommend a million times over. Worth noting, given the time and effort spent, even over email back and forth, they're great value too.

Sam and Katie were absolutely fantastic from the beginning of the process! We were sold on them as people and their enthusiasm as soon as we met them! They created our dream wedding and we felt entirely secure every moment. Words cannot express how grateful we are and how in love we were with everything on our day! You truly made it special! Seeing the venue for the first time is something myself and James will never forget, thank you again for your incredibly hard work and insanely amazing creative minds!!!❤️

Sam & Katie are such a super talented pair! The whole process has been seamless, every finer detail thought about and executed so well so you can relax on your wedding day. They will recommend and advise, but listen to your final decision. The flowers are next level! I had sooo many compliments, just simply stunning. I loved them. It really made our day. Would definitely recommend.

I used a touch of kent for my recent wedding in August. Both Sam and Katie where lovely to work with. The were quick to respond to questions and emails and communicated with our venue as well on our behalf. They took the time to meet with us and understand what we want for our wedding. We enjoying going into the show room and seeing ideas in person. They perfectly created my vision of bright summery colours.

A Touch of Kent did a fabulous job of designing and creating the florals, table settings and signage for our wedding, fulfilling the ‘wild and whimsical’ brief perfectly. The floral arrangements were luxuriously full and their attention to detail throughout was exquisite. They were very responsive and communicative: for example, when peony season ran unexpectedly short this year, they immediately contacted me to offer alternatives, taking time to attach photographs rather than just reeling off names of flowers. I was initially a little bit hesitant about approaching a ‘luxury’ stylist, fearing that they might be a bit snooty, but on meeting Sam and Katie, it was immediately obvious just how misplaced that fear was as they’re such an approachable and down to earth (not to say hilarious!) pair. Thank you both for setting such a beautiful scene for our magical day.
