Well what can I say…. Friday 16th June 2023 was the best day of our lives and that was all down to the help from you and your fantastic team. Nearly 18 months ago, I contacted bailbrook for a possible wedding venue. I walked through the grounds and into reception and well I loved it straight away. It was everything I had ever imagined and since I was a little girl I have been dreaming about my wedding and well bailbrook was my dream venue. I wouldn’t have been able to have the wedding of my dreams without the help of you Victoria. You were absolutely amazing. From the moment we met you were so friendly and welcoming. You were very prompt at replying to my many emails and alot of these were of an evening so I thank you for that. You didn’t judge me with the amount of questions I asked you, whether it was big or little. You put me at ease and knowing what I’m like, it made the whole planning process so smooth. If anybody is planning a wedding this is exactly what you need, having a team to work with who help you and advise you which is exactly what you all did. Thank you for everything you did to help me in this process. I would 100% advise anyone to plan their wedding with you guys. We were always met with a smile.

The wedding was perfect and your team went above and beyond. We were amazed with the service and the personal touches. We will 100% recommend Bailbrook House Hotel and may in fact come and stay for our anniversary in the future.
