Fantastic... From booking to our special day! After our previous wedding venue shut down, we viewed Berwick Lodge... and fell in love instantly. From the flexibility and openness from the team when we booked, to the smooth planning during the following months leading up to the day, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The shared drive meant that we had answers whenever we needed them and saved a lot of sleepless nights! On the big day, the only word to describe Berwick Lodge was perfection! Everything had been laid out as we had planned. The staff were super friendly, the food was exquisite, and the venue looked beautiful. Thank you to the whole Berwick Lodge team! We couldn't recommend you highly enough, and we will be back soon!

We wanted a place that looked the part, without being huge. A place that we could easily fill with vital guests, while still being self-contained and within easy travel reach. Berwick Lodge seemed too good to be true when we saw it online, but a visit quickly proved that it was every part the perfect venue. Simone was a star when it came to keeping us up to date and, in the loop, especially with all our rescheduling due to covid. Rhianna performed the duties of wedding host on the day and she was an absolute champion. I don't think I've ever received a more genuinely positive service. Their staff were always happy, eager to help, and keen to go the extra mile to make sure me, my bride, and our family and friends had what we needed. The venue is every bit as magical as the pictures suggest and the rooms are divine. Our guests simply did not stop singing its praises. Myself and my bride truly felt like Lord and Lady of the manor for they two days we were there. The food was delicious - some of our guests are restaurant owners so are very picky, but they said that everything they had was wonderful. If you want a venue that's comfortable, secluded (yet easy to reach), and beautiful, then you can't go wrong with Berwick Lodge.

We had the most magical winter wedding thanks to Berwick Lodge and all of the staff there. If I could give this place more stars, then I certainly would! The staff and service at Berwick Lodge are absolutely next level and we will forever be grateful to the team for making our day so special. Everything ran seamlessly without us having to ask for a thing. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and kept people’s glasses topped up, all our playlists were put on exactly as planned, and even my belongings were thoughtfully collected without me having to ask. These are just a few examples of ways the staff made the day so special; honestly, they attended to every detail! Our wedding planner Simone was just fantastic from start to finish. She is incredibly professional, warm and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for her when we were planning our big day. She and Berwick Lodge also added some lovely personal touches to the wedding planning experience. Berwick Lodge itself is absolutely stunning; it’s private and cosy, completely individual, and surrounded by stunning countryside. The hotel is spotless and the rooms each have their own unique design and character. This was just the perfect place for us to get married and our friends and family were blown away by just how stunning Berwick Lodge is - what a find! So in summary, if you are looking for a wonderful wedding venue with a wonderful staff team, then Berwick Lodge is most definitely worth a visit. We would highly recommend!

Berwick team were fantastic throughout the whole planning process - we planned remotely as we were travelling for the wedding and they were great at keeping us updated and having regular meetings! The execution on the day itself was very impressive, ourselves and our guests had very smooth transitions throughout the day and felt nothing was too much for everyone! The staff were so friendly and helpful, they anticipated what people would want and when so the service was excellent! The food too was amazing, each course well thought out and served on time! Brilliant venue will definitely be back!

Simone was wonderful throughout the (multiple) postponements and was a consummate professional dealing with many panicked emails from a worried covid bride. Simone handed over to Rhianna to run our day and she was a star. We met her for the first time two days before the wedding but she instantly put us as ease and I was confident she had everything under control. The staff for the whole weekend were brilliant and we loved every part of our day. We have both said that there is nothing we would have changed. After waiting two years for our wedding day, we had an amazing time celebrating with our family and friends. Our guests were wowed by the venue and everyone commented on how homely it felt. The guests staying over loved their rooms and one of my bridesmaids was so desperate to make the most of the amazing bathroom in Troya, she took a dip at 1am! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Berwick as a wedding venue. Despite facing the unknown with covid, it was clear throughout that Berwick was determined to get through and deliver us an amazing day, which you absolutely did!
