Testimonials

“The second we drove over that bridge and saw Bowcliffe Hall for the first time we were hooked, we had to get married there. The venue is absolutely stunning and all of our guests commented on that same feeling when they arrived on our wedding day.”

Sarah & DJ

“We came to the Bowcliffe Hall Wedding Fayre funnily enough to see a Tipi as I was desperate to have a Tipi Wedding. We had looked at a couple of venues and we hadn’t seen anywhere that we both loved and couldn’t seem to agree on what we wanted (maybe we were a bit confused!). We could not believe how beautiful Bowcliffe Hall was as we walked around the Wedding Fayre and when we got outside to the Blackburn Wing we decided that it was the venue for us.”

Emma & Sam

“Every single member of the Bowcliffe team has been amazing, from start to finish we’ve enjoyed every moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better or more supportive wedding planner – Becky has shared our excitement every step of the way. Her and Oliver curated our day perfectly and nothing was ever too much trouble, the same can be said for Janet who’s calm words, caring nature and good sense of humour have made us feel more at home with every visit.”

Helen & David

“As soon as we visited Bowcliffe we knew it was the venue for us. In terms of variety and sheer quality there is nothing like it. The Blackburn Wing was without doubt the crowning glory for us and we knew we wanted to get married and hold the reception inside this magnificent tree-house. The ability to have our photos in both the modern Wing as well as in the decadent Drivers’ Club and stunning Ballroom was a dream come true. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue and grounds…"

Gemma and Ben

“For our wedding, we wanted somewhere different and unforgettable. I’d always thought Bowcliffe might fit the bill but never mentioned it to Michelle. When we first visited together it was fantastic she loved it and made the decision so easy – we didn’t even visit anywhere else. It was the perfect choice. Choosing Bowcliffe was an easy decision as it is so very unique. It was the only venue we visited and were so pleased with our choice. We love the grounds and Hall completely, everything is immaculate and the attention to detail, as well as the quirky individual touches throughout the venue, are second to none…”
