Well, where do we start? These guys are absolute perfection! After originally looking at a more nationwide, corporate-sized tipi provider, we found Buffalo Tipi online after realising they were local. We met Simon and talked through some options and decided to go ahead with them. It’s the best decision we made! Right from the beginning, Simon was amazing at talking through options and exploring ideas. I knew we could always fire an email or pick up the phone, and he always had the time to brainstorm, and help us out. The finished product was stunning, even better than we had hoped for, and Simon and his team had gone way beyond the call of duty to get the venue looking great on the day. Simon even hooked us up with some great local suppliers to do our food, bar, flowers and outdoor lighting – making our job much easier! We had earmarked a field that, due to the unseasonable weather leading up to our wedding, ending up being unusable only a few days before the wedding. Not only did Simon locate a new field for us, but he took it upon himself to re-organise all our suppliers about the new field (even though he was in no way responsible for them!), it was as if nothing had gone wrong at all! Everyone was blown away with the tipis, and we feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with Simon and his team to deliver what we thought was the perfect wedding reception. Do not hesitate to use this company – not only are they masters of their craft, but they really love what they do and it’s seriously infectious. Simon is a great guy, and we hope we cross paths again.

Simon, Matt and the Buffalo Tipi team were fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to really understand our requirements to ensure they provided the perfect set up and nothing was too much trouble. They were responsive, thorough in planning the setup (including different weather options), offered great advice, and their open days were a great way to see the tipis in action. During the week of the actual event they were fab – arrived when agreed, flexible in set up as the weather developed and generally a pleasure to have around. Not only was the service faultless and the kit top notch, but of the four tipi companies we contacted initially they were also the most reasonable. We used Simon and his team at Buffalo for our wedding. From first contact they offered brilliant service making us feel completely comfortable with everything that was to happen. They visited the site a few times, first to make sure tipis would fit, then another check to make sure the trailer would fit the narrow access and rink he visited again just to put us at ease. They deftly got the tent on the trailer through a narrow entrance and then put it all up within a day. They put up the tents a few days before the event and took it down a few days after allowing us to enjoy it a for few days around the event. All through the process he had decent recommendations for different services (generator hire etc) was patient with our constant questions and flexible with us changing what we ordered. Would 100% recommend Buffalo if you’re deciding on a tipi wedding (or any other event), as for planning the whole of your own wedding...that’s a different story (but if you’re going to, you’ll want Buffalo to help)

What can I say!? If you want an incredible party/wedding/event use Buffalo Tipi. Simon and his whole team are real pro's and have been extremely helpful from the second we met making all the planning and preparation so easy! We recently just got married up in the Cotwolds in a beautiful field and Buffalo's tipis were used for our dining space, dance-floor and chill out spaces. Everything about these tipis is stunning in the day they an excellent, airy shelter from the sun and in the evening they become warm and welcoming space to relax in OR party in, see our dance-floor pics! Our guests were blown away by how stunning the tipis and site looked, one of our guest literally burst into tears when she saw how beautiful the tipis were! Simon and his team rigged and furnished all four tipi's in under a day and were more than helpful when it came to hanging and extremely large mirrorball on the dance-floor that I hired. The atmosphere in the tipi's across the whole weekend was so incredible, they made the wedding and we couldn't of had anything else other that these tipis! We're so sad it all over but will always remember how brilliant our wedding was. Thank you guys for everything. We're so happy we got the chance to work together over the last year for our wedding we are desperately looking for a good enough excuse to hire one of your tipi's for another party!

Exceptional service from start to finish. After shopping around a few Tipi suppliers, Buffalo were the most competitive on price and the sharpest on communication. Simon was hugely accommodating to any requests we had, offering an unrivaled level of service and professionalism. We organised our wedding from the other side of the world in New Zealand, and Simon made us feel like we were down the road in the UK. Couldn't have been happier!
