Why do I need a wedding planner?

It takes on average 250 hours to plan a wedding... which is a lot of time to dedicate by yourself, especially if you are working, so it goes without saying that having a wedding planner would save you a lot of time! ​ However the most important thing in my eyes is that the whole experience of planning a wedding is stress free and enjoyable for you. ​ Not only that, but my extensive knowledge on weddings and long list of local suppliers can help your wedding go without a 'hitch' (if you pardon the expression!)

How do you plan a wedding day?

This is a hard question because every couple is so different! It all depends on what package you decide to go for, but standard wedding planning will go something like this: ​ - I help find a venue in the area that suits your needs as a couple, whether it be a field for a marquee or a stately home with accommodation. ​ - Once the venue has been found, I will work on mood boards and themes based on the venue and your style ​ - I will help you find the best suppliers for you, including cake makers, florists and entertainment ​ - From there I will be there every step of the way! I will do your wedding admin, help budget your day and make sure everything is ready for your special day.

What packages do you offer?

I like to offer all of my couples a bespoke quote based on their needs, but as a starting block, I can offer a full planning package, where I take you from saying 'yes' to saying 'I do', a partial wedding package where I can jump in and take over your planning so far, or on the day coordination, where I will take over all of the planning you have done just before your day and make sure it runs without a hitch. I also offer venue styling to make your wedding as beautiful as you always dreamed!

What is On The Day Coordination?

The funny thing about On The Day Coordination is that it's not JUST on the day... I take over supplier liaisons four weeks before your day, meaning that you only have one point of contact - me! On the day itself, this consists of overseeing the running of the day, including ceremony support (music, timings etc), ensuring suppliers are arriving and setting up, discreetly dealing with any problems and just making sure you have an amazing day!

Phoebe is an absolute joy to work with. We held our wedding at Huntsham Court near Tiverton in Devon, and as a 'DIY' wedding venue the prospect of organising and delivering every last detail was pretty daunting. But she was there to offer support throughout the planning stages and then really kicked up a gear in the final month when she took over all communication with suppliers. Over the weekend itself she did a superb job of keeping me away from the details and stresses of making it all happen and just ensured my husband and I were able to have the most incredible time.
