What services do you offer?
We offer help with planning and organising your weddings. But we can also help out with the coordination of your wedding day if you have planned most of the things yourself. Our in-house team also provides services of event design and decoration, and the creation of artistic programs.
Which countries you operate in?
For the moment our key regions of operations are Switzerland and France. In France, we mostly work in Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Provence, Rhone-Alpes, and Cote d’Azur, but we will be happy to apply our expertise anywhere in Europe should you wish us to accompany you.
Will you work with vendors we have selected?
We never say no if you bring your vendor, but we prefer to participate in common meetings and also have an understanding of the professionalism and the quality of the job they do. Our goal is to keep your event up to the highest standards. But we are always ready to suggest our in-house services of decoration and florals, or vendors from our list of trusted and tested suppliers according to your wishes and budget.
How do you charge for your services?
Our packages have fixed pricing depending on the number of people and type of event/service, which helps us to provide transparency and specific numbers in our clients’ budgets.
Do you handle vendors, contracts, payment processing?
In case our clients choose the Full Planning Package - we are taking all contractual tasks under our watch. On Google Drive or another platform, we create a folder where we keep all our documents related to wedding planning including but not limited to the general budget, decoration budget, guest list & seating plan, all signed contracts with other vendors, list of tasks and deadlines. For couples from abroad with an additional agreement we take on the function of distributing the payments to local vendors so they avoid multiple bank commissions.

The most important for us is to be honest, and transparent and give 100% while bringing your unique and dreamful celebration to life. And it is equally vital that this trust and dedication is mutual. For this trip - we are partners, we are your trustees. We want you to experience all the possible emotions: from tears of joy to crazy happy laughter while being YOU and being REAL during these special moments, because if not - why do it at all? Being vulnerable and open is what makes us human. We value and appreciate what your close ones contribute - but this is YOUR DAY and we want to make you and your inner world shine. Being loyal to you, your wishes and your dreams is our highest priority. Aestheticism and beauty. As much as it can be personal and perceived differently - beauty is in everything. We just have to find a way to embrace it, and emphasize it with style. And we usually do!
