What is the process of hiring DCT props?
All props are delivered on the day of your event in good time (times are agreed) or the night before if the venue permits, and collected next day. We require you to pay in full for the hire of all props 2 weeks prior to the event.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, the balance to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
How far will DCT deliver?
We cover all of Cumbria, Delivery within 20 miles of Carlisle is included in the rental price, any further would incur extra fees.
