My husband and I cannot recommend James enough! From our first call it felt like we were chatting to a really close friend instead of a photographer, which also meant we felt super comfortable infront of the camera with him. He had such fun ideas and listened to each of our interests to create an incredible fantasy style engagement shoot of my Husbands favourite- Batman and Cat woman and created some amazing Disney-esque Wedding pictures for me! He had such an incredible eye and has the best editing skills I have ever seen, which means if something goes wrong on your big day (the weather is rubbish or there's a sign in the background you don't want etc)- they exist no more! James makes having wedding photos done the funnest experience and you never feel like time is being taken away from your big day or that someone is there bossing you about as others have reported. His style is so different and fun that you won't ever be disappointed and will the most unique personalised photos for your magical day!

James is a superb wedding photographer - that was my gut feeling when I came across his profile 2 years ago. Since then, with a few meetings and a lovely engagement shoot, I think he got a good understanding of who we are as a couple and as individuals. The style of his photography I think really reflects that. James does not only traditional and expected but also quirky and candid and most interestingly he takes images and elevates them to fantastical new heights. As a fan of horror and sci-fi, I had ideas of how we could take a beautiful, sunny and care-free image and invert it in to something darker because things are never quite what they seem… James took this on board and came up with something that is just crazy cool!! An image that is so cool in fact that he is currently working on bringing it to life as a print but again, no ordinary print but something different, interesting and unconventional as art sometimes should be- cannot wait to share!! James understood our shared love of flora and fauna, the quirks of the unpredictable British summer and our dynamism and passion on the dance floor and this is all incorporated beautifully in our wedding photos. He also included some special extras such as video clips and stunning close ups of our engagement and wedding bling 💍 James as a person is relaxed, calm and engages well with everyone young and older. His humour, quick-wit and barbed-wire jumping athleticism all help him to get the winning shots 😅 In 2 years, I will hopefully be celebrating a milestone birthday and I will definitely be approaching him to capture the essence of the occasion once again.

James Photographed my wedding and I honestly can't praise him enough. From our first meeting ahead of the wedding, to the day itself, then to the after care and end results - the quality of his service and photography is absolutely top class. James was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all of our requests, and helped with a few great ideas of his own. The icing on the cake is that he's great person, easy to talk to, and easy get along with. Though he doesn't take himself too seriously (and I mean this in a good way, he's a fun person to be around) he's very dedicated to his work and will commit to providing you with the best photography possible.
