How much does it cost to hire?
Our costs are calculated based on your wedding date and venue location. Please contact a member of our friendly team with your preferred backdrop option(s) with this information for a no obligation quote and additional helpful info!
Do you offer half day hire?
We do offer half day hire up to 5 hours for events within 20 miles of B33. For weddings, we recommend full day hire to avoid installing and breaking down whilst your wedding is in progress. This also gives ample opportunity for selfie moments throughout the day!
Is installation included in the price?
Absolutely! All quotes include delivery to your location, professional installation and breakdown at the pre-agreed timings. Once we have all your event information we will liaise directly with your venue, giving you peace of mind and one less thing to worry about on the day!
Do you install outdoors?
To preserve the quality of our backdrops, we no longer offer outdoor hire. Installation in marquees or gazebos with sides and flooring is still permitted.
What is your booking process?
Once you've been quoted, we've confirmed availability and you're ready to book, you'll be sent a link to our online booking form. As soon as the booking form has been completed you'll receive your invoice by email. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is due within 7 days to secure your backdrop and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your event. Approximately, 2 weeks before your wedding we'll be in touch with a link to our final details form to gather the last little bits of wedding planning info and ensure a seamless installation for your big day!
Very good experience with Lucy and the team - were able to reschedule with short notice because we moved our wedding 2 weeks early before the 15 person limit. Quality flower wall which added the finishing touch to our decor. Lovely touch having our name attached to the wall which we also got to keep. Highly recommended.
We hired the Marilyn wall for our wedding day to hide an unsightly set of doors behind the registrar's table. It was perfect for the job and made our photos look beautiful and was then used as our photobooth backdrop in the evening as well which again made the photos look awesome. You guys liaised with the venue directly in regards to set up and pick up which was great to have one less thing to worry about and everything was ready seamlessly on the day. I cannot recommend you guys enough! The quality of your walls (We had a friend who has also hired a different one from you) are amazing and so much better than the cheap ones you see a lot these days so they are 100% worth the money if anyone is debating hiring one!

I used Midlands Flower Wall Co for a school prom and they were simply amazing. Lucy was incredibly helpful and regularly communicated with me to ensure we had everything we needed at the times we needed them. We hired the Bella flower wall and a square flower arch in the Grace style, both for very reasonable prices. The pupils were amazed by the flower wall and it was in constant use during the evening (over 4 hours). I would highly recommend the company and will be sure to use them again for the next big event I organise!
