We used them for our wedding and they went out of their way to help us, letting us visit their warehouse to view the items, being extremely efficient with all communications and providing a great service during our event. I have nothing but praise for Plato. From the first meeting when Stuart showed us all of the different options available to hire, to the manner with which he dealt with ongoing enquiries, Plato have been excellent. There were numerous changes to the order and they were all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Of note is that I discovered that I forgot to order the tablecloths (the night before the wedding) and they stayed open late just so that I could get there to collect them. A brilliant company that I would not hesitate to recommend most highly.
