What services do you offer?
I offer 4-services. 1: Full wedding management: which covers everything from start to finish after the ideas have been signed off by the happy couple! 2: Partial planning: which is suitable for venue dry hire couples, or couples who need help with individual elements such as venue dressing and styling, marquee sourcing, entertainment, caterers. Or perhaps those that get half way into the wedding organising and feel it's just too much and need some help. 3: On the day coordination: which speaks for itself and starts usually 8-weeks before the wedding date. 4: Pay as you go adhoc support: which is great for couples who need an impartial, experienced someone to bounce ideas off. Accompany them to site visits and tastings. Liaise with florist over venue floral decor. Advise on the order of service and general questions about do's and don'ts on the big day and any other help, advice or support that you need!
Could you give an indication of ball park costs?
Full planning is approximately 10% of your wedding budget, starting from £1500 up to £5995. On the day coordination starts from £850. Partial planning depends on what you need help with. All services are costed and itemised individually so that we have a fully transparent pricing system. So for elements like dressing and styling, marquee hire, entertainment etc the packaged quotes would be passed back to you for sign off before booking and these are generally lower than if you went direct because of industry supplier discounts that I have in place. Ahhoc, pay as you go planning starts frpm £95 per hour.
What locations do you cover?
I cover all of the South West from Bristol to Cornwall and am based in Devon, just outside of Totnes. I also work further afield and overseas on request. I have lots of suppliers nationwide and am a dab hand at sourcing pretty much anything that is hard to find locally. From event portaloos through to stretch tents, firework performers or even ceremonial harpists!!
