Shades offered a marquee with a difference which is why we decided to book them and we don't have one regret! The team offer such an amazing service and we can't begin to thank them enough! We had a very heavy downpour on our wedding day and David was truly amazing, he made sure everything was as it should be and we were oblivious of the whole thing. Myself and Jason have nothing but praise for everybody we came in contact with from the initial phone call, where I must have fired a thousand questions at Dave! Right up to the final hour. Nothing was ever too much hassle and emails and phone calls were answered very quickly. It was so reassuring having someone on hand all day knowing there would be that support. Nothing was ever too much trouble! We shopped around for a long time to find the perfect set up and as soon as I had decided on an aurora tent, I started researching companies who provided them.
