Are there wedding packages available ?
Yes, there are packages available. You can book either a 'china' only package or you can select one of the 'china and catering'
I don't want to hire a package, I would prefer to have everything tailored to my specific requirements. Is this possible?
Absolutely. The Vintage Tea Service prides itself on the level of service provided, so couple's can either choose to go down the bespoke route or book one of the packages available, whether that be just a china package or a china and catering package.
If I select a package, either with or without catering, will the china be selected for me?
Choice is very important to The Vintage Tea Service, couple's have the option to provide me with a brief and I'll work with that and provide you with a detailed document of all the china, cutlery and accessories that have been selected. You always have the opportunity to say, I'd rather that be changed. You can, if you wish select all of the china if you wish, or just the teacups, saucers and tea plates.
Is Delivery and Collection available?
Yes, delivery and collection is available. There is a charge for this.
Do you provide a set-up and pack-up service?
Yes, there is a set-up and pack-up service available. If you book one of the packages the set-up service is included in the overall price. The pack-up service needs to be booked as an optional extra.
Do you provide other items apart from china and cutlery?
Yes, you have the option to book napkins and vases.
What about the washing up?
I will collect all the china and accessories and then do all of the washing up for you.
