What is your capacity?
We are able to accommodate up to 150 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, then can allow up to 160 guests for your evening celebrations. Due to the size of the venue we are best suited to weddings of 50 or more guests.
Can we get married onsite?
Yes, we are licensed for both outdoor and indoor ceremonies.
Are we able to bring our own caterers or drinks?
Unfortunately not, however we offer fantastic in-house catering and a delightful choice of drinks packages. Our in-house caterers share our values of exceptional quality and sustainability, providing exquisite menus of locally, seasonally and ethically sourced dishes paired with impeccable service that will leave you and your guests reminiscing on your wedding breakfast for years to come! Our enticing drinks packages for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast are all beautifully presented and vary to suit preferences and budget as well as providing a great starting point for creating a bespoke package. For your evening party we provide a fully stocked drinks service with minimum spend from our statement bar.
How long do we hire the venue for?
Our exclusive hire period is for 46 hours as standard, allowing you time to relax in our beautiful surroundings plus be involved in the set up and pack down if you wish to. You get access from 1:30-5pm the day before your wedding to facilitate set up, and then from 9:30-11am the morning after your wedding for pack down. We do offer an extension option until 6pm the day after your wedding if you would like to organise a relaxed second day gathering.
Do you have onsite accommodation?
Yes, we have a variety of luxurious accommodation including glamping options plus a house. Included in our wedding package are two Shepherd's Huts for two nights (sleeping 2 in each) plus two Lodges for 2 nights (sleeping 4 in each). Our 4 bedroom house and up to 15 Bell Tents can be booked directly by your guests via your bespoke accommodation link. We are able to sleep up to 56 people in total onsite.
When do you offer weddings?
We are able to offer weddings throughout the year, however the month determines which of our venue spaces are available for your use. Our Sperry Tent and Oak Pagoda are only available for use April-September, whereas our stunning Silo Barn and Grain Store spaces provide incredible year round options for ceremonies and receptions.
What time is your curfew?
On Saturdays live music must finish by 11pm, with any other music finishing by midnight. On all other nights live music must finish by 10pm and other music by 11pm. All guests must depart when the music finishes.
