Such a Special Wedding Day Thank you very much to you and your team for everything, Paul and I had such a special wedding day. We really appreciate all of your support on the run up to the wedding and appreciate how everything ran so smoothly. All of the staff throughout our time at Rowhill we're super attentive and professional. I felt very calm on the morning of the wedding knowing that everything was being taken care of downstairs! Thank you! Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to you Harry for organising. You have basically become our wedding planner unofficially and I thank you for all the hard work you put into my wedding. I know I was a nightmare bride with all the last minute emails. Secondly, the team on Saturday were phenomenal. I loved Sam who communicated with us throughout the day and evening. She was brilliant. I would like you to please thank her from me as I know my brother was being a wind up (playful banter). Sam is a real credit to the team. The waiters and waitresses and bar staff were approachable, well-mannered, and helped with anything we needed. Thirdly, the food was excellent, and many many people complimented the menu. I know many (including my 37 year old brother) who also helped themselves to the kids meal as that was just as good. The hog roast and trimmings was delicious too. Finally, one last big thank you! I had the best day I could have ever asked for and that was down to well organised people around me and the lady who ran the day taking all the weight off my shoulders.

Our Perfect Wedding Day We got married at Rowhill Grange on the 25th March 2023. Hanna was our events coordinator in the run up to the big day. Whilst we obviously appreciated her professional approach, we absolutely loved the way that she was also so informal and friendly. Nothing was a problem for her and she pulled out all the stops to make sure that we had the day we wanted. All the staff on the day were fantastic and had the same blend of professionalism and informal friendliness. The venue itself was stunning. It was interesting to see the amazement on many of our guests faces. The facilities were superb, including the changing room for the bridal party and the included Mews accommodation was outstanding. The catering and the DJ were excellent. Thank you Rowhill Grange for giving us and our guests a day we will never forget, for all the right reasons!

We had our day on 29th August 2025, and I think I may run out of compliments for the staff at Rowhill and the venue itself. First off, Abbie is amazing. I inundated her with emails and questions, but she always responded quickly and nothing was too much. Abbie has a calm and reassuring presence, which honestly was needed on my wedding morning as the rain came down! I can’t say enough good things here, she was fabulous. Emelia was equally as amazing throughout the run up and on the day, and again just took everything in her stride. On the day itself we had the lovely Steve who guided us through the day and evening. Again, nothing was too much trouble and everything went so smoothly. All the staff that worked our event were fabulous. The venue itself is beautiful and the food was scrummy and plentiful. The package we had included a resident DJ and he was fantastic! Everyone was up bopping the night away with a glow stick 🕺🏻 We wish we could do it all again. Thank you Rowhill ❤️

Absolutely Amazing Venue We had our wedding at Rowhill Grange on 2nd August 2025, and I can honestly say our day went perfectly! The staff at Rowhill were all so friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day, and Emilia/Grace our co-ordinators were brilliant and couldn't be more helpful answering our many questions and sorting out our requests. Everything was made easy to follow when planning our wedding with Rowhill, and everything was beautiful on the day. The food was fantastic, and everyone really enjoyed our day. Would definitely recommend Rowhill as a wedding venue.

Our special day was wonderful at Rowhill. Our wedding Co-Ordinator Emilia was amazing from our initial booking stage, throughout the whole planning process and the big day itself. No question was too silly and she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Our food was delicious, the transitions between timings were smooth and the guidance we had throughout was extremely helpful and stress free. An extra little shout out to Moses who also helped on the day as well as all the staff who worked throughout the day too - they were all amazing. I couldn’t thank the team enough for helping with everything coming together, making our day perfect.

Best wedding ever! We had our beautiful wedding at Rowhill grange on the 21st of June 2025 and I can honestly just say wow. Abbie our wedding coordinator was truly amazing from the start of our journey nearly two years ago up until weeks after the wedding even! She’s been fabulous the whole way through and has put up with my weird and wonderful requests throughout and couldn’t have done more for us. On the day of our wedding Steve and the wedding coordinator team and the rest of the team all looked after us and our guests so well and fulfilled all of my many requests for the day and made it just such a memorable and magical day. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything that Abbie and Steve and the rest of the team did for us during the wedding planning process and on the day, we are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Rowhill Grange and wouldn’t change anything! We loved every second of our beautiful day and thank you so much for the team at Rowhill and Abbie for helping to make our wedding so unforgettable! We had our Twilight Wedding at Rowhill Grange on Friday, 6th June – and wow, what a day! As a young couple (28 and 30), we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience from start to finish. The Booking Process This couldn’t have been easier, all thanks to Emilia! We viewed a few venues in the area, but none of them listened and engaged the way Emilia did. She truly paid attention to what we were looking for, responded with thoughtful suggestions, and offered professional guidance that we ended up following most of the time and made us feel so at ease right from the start. Contracts & Planning The contracts and official documentation were crystal clear. We’ve heard horror stories from friends dealing with other venues, but Rowhill’s paperwork was simple, accurate, and left no room for confusion. Everything was clearly explained and easy to understand. The Build-Up As you can imagine, we had a million questions – especially with the unpredictable weather forecast! Emilia went above and beyond to support us, answer every query, and calm our nerves. Even when she wasn’t available, her team stepped in and upheld the service we were used to!
We also visited the venue several times before the wedding and every time, Emilia made a point of checking in with us. That kind of personal touch really means a lot. Flexibility Rowhill was the most flexible venue we viewed. While other venues were quick to say no to many personal touches or changes, Rowhill gave us freedom and comfort. They even allow you to switch from an outdoor to indoor ceremony on the morning of your wedding if the weather is terrible! You can’t get more accommodating than that! The Food The food was absolutely beautiful – both in presentation and taste. We were surprised to see a negative review previously because our experience was the complete opposite.
 We ate at the restaurant several times before the wedding, and it was consistently excellent. On the day itself, all 80 of our guests were well fed and happy with the canapés and evening meal.
We also want to highlight how well the kitchen catered for our dietary requirements: one of us is gluten free, and the other is allergic to the allium family (garlic, onion, chive). Everything was handled flawlessly. The Day & Evening From the moment the day began, the team made everyone feel welcome and informed. Their calm, confident energy set the tone for the whole day. We were a little nervous about someone other than Emilia being there for the evening. But Steve, who took over, was fantastic. He managed everything with professionalism, warmth, and incredible control (especially with a lively group!).
 Pete, one of the evening team members, was also exceptional and made us feel very comfortable. Both Steve and Pete ensured everything ran smoothly and safely, especially regarding allergies. Thank you both! A special thank you to Alice and Megan as well – they worked incredibly hard and were so friendly and polite throughout the evening. The DJ As a young family that loves to party, John, the resident DJ absolutely blew us away. He kept the dance floor buzzing all night! Reading the crowd perfectly, catering to both our late 20s friends and our guests in their 50s. He truly knew what he was doing and brought great energy to the whole evening in the way he performed and mixed songs. Thank you! Photography We went with Natalie Hyland, one of Rowhill’s recommended photographers – and we’re so glad we did. She was brilliant, respected our vision for the style of photos we wanted, and made the whole process seamless. Chic Weddings We used Chic Weddings for our flowers, décor, chairs, back drop and beams. They’re very familiar with Rowhill, which made setup smooth and stress free. We highly recommend them! they really took a weight off our shoulders by being so professional and caring! Overall Rowhill Grange is a picturesque and elegant venue! But what makes it truly special are the people. The team, the organisation, the care, the flexibility and professionalism, all came together to create a magical day. Emilia, thank you. You are amazing, and we’re so grateful that you picked up our initial enquiry… for making our day unforgettable.

We had our Twilight Wedding at Rowhill Grange on Thursday 20th February 2025. The Clock House venue is a perfect, self-contained function space. Space for ceremony, drinks/bar and reception. The staff at Rowhill are professional, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything from start to finish was amazing! Great quality food and service. Special mention to Abbie Perkins, our wedding co-ordinator. We met Abbie a year before our wedding date. From the outset, Abbie was helpful, communicative, friendly and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were emailing regularly with questions and the need for advice! Abbie was able to meet us at any point to talk through our important queries, always maintaining an open and friendly approach. On the day, the whole Events team was so helpful. A clear line of communication from Abbie to the banqueting team was seamless. Our banqueting manager on the day, was fantastic (apologies I can't recall her name). She was fun, organised and professional and kept us on track through the whole event, regularly checking in with us and prompting and guiding us. As a couple, we were pretty relaxed about our day, but that was made possible by feeling in very safe hands! The feedback from our guests has only been positive! All were impressed with the venue, food, decor and event! The suites and bedrooms at The Clock House were very comfortable with a luxurious decor. The Honeymoon Suite was a real treat! Would highly recommend!

We got married at Rowhill Grange in March 2024 and it was absolutely perfect, not a single issue or flaw. I highly recommend them for any event, wedding or overnight stay. We were married on-site, had the wedding breakfast, evening party and overnight stay for us and our families. From the first meeting the staff were incredible, caring and so organised (especially our wedding co-ordinator Abbie). On the wedding day itself all staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so friendly and happy. The food was fantastic, great options for all including vegan & vegetarian guests for all meals we had (wedding breakfast, evening buffet & breakfast the following day). The resident DJ was excellent, providing the perfect evening entertainment. The hotel rooms were perfect, all our families were comfortable and commented on how lovely it was. All of our guests commented on how wonderful it was and a few have since been back to visit the spa and hotel themselves. Overall it was the dream venue and team combination and cannot praise them all enough.

August wedding We had the most perfect day at Rowhill Grange. It is a beautiful venue and food was amazing. We also couldn’t fault the staff at all. Everyone from our wedding coordinator Abbie and the rest of the events team, to the bar staff and waiters and our on the day wedding coordinator were honestly amazing. The events team made sure everything ran smoothly and their planning process is so comprehensive that you really feel like nothing could really go wrong on the day. They are such a credit to the venue and we are so grateful for their support throughout the planning. We are really looking forward to spending our first anniversary there and can’t recommend the venue enough:

Wedding of the year! Trying to find the right words to describe how amazing Rowhill Grange was feels like hard work! I really was blown away with the incredible service from the whole team. Abbie was our wedding coordinator and she really did bend over backwards to help make our day so special (I'm going to miss her!). I really am lost for words .. all I can say is, if you are considering Rowhill Grange as your wedding venue just do it - you will not be disappointed!
