No. We like to give couples plenty of flexibility, However, we have so many wonderful suppliers in the area who we've worked with in the past so we can guarantee excellent service if you decide to choose them.
No, you need to supply the main marquee for your Wedding Breakfast. This can be either a rigid-framed marquee, a clearspan marquee or a traditional petal marquee.
We can provide accommodation for up to 24 adults (with a few extra spaces for small children/babies). If you're fans of glamping we provide a charming woodland space but the cost and sourcing of tipis is up to you.
Generally no. Warmwell is a venue for destination weddings and we would expect a minimum of six bedrooms to be booked for at least one night.
Yes, we have a lovely lady called Emily who will guide you through the process and be there on the day to take all the stress off your shoulders. She is more of a co-ordinator rather than a full-blown wedding planner, though, so You will be making most of the planning decisions but with a friendly shoulder to lean on.
Warmwell is a perfect venue and Sam and Serena were extremely welcoming and flexible hosts for our wedding. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and helped with suggestions for the photographer, for example, pointing out the best spots for lighting etc. We had to change our wedding date and they adapted even though it was at very short notice. Thank you so much for your beautiful venue.
Warmwell is honestly a paradise on earth, tucked away in rural Dorset, with the most beautiful views of rolling hills and parkland. We could not have wished for a happier, more relaxed and straightforward wedding reception, dinner and dancing. Sam and Serena ensured that all our guests were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast on Sunday was delicious and all the rooms are beautiful with incredible attention to detail. The children staying even had a little welcome bunny on their bed. Emily, the on-day co-ordinator was brilliant and so reassuring when I started asking endless questions. It truly was the wedding we had always dreamed of.
My husband and I were delighted to host our wedding at Warmwell House in May this year. We had such a perfect weekend, in no small part due to our wonderful hosts, Sam & Serena, and their wedding co-ordinator, Emily. The house is so comfortable and the gardens are beautiful. The Coach House is the perfect building for a country ceremony and dancing and we had glamping in the woods. It was exactly what we hoped for in every way. Thank you Sam and Serena!
