This magical coastal elopement is appropriately titled You And Me by The Sea and proof that sometimes all you need is each other the great outdoors. The serene location of the beach in Kent is mirrored with the neutral decor and details. With recommended supplier, Moody Blooms, adding texture and a little 'something blue' to the floral arrangements. The cool blue and grey colour scheme was also echoed in the wedding cake and stationery and match the sky perfectly.

This Year has been quite a wild ride for the entire world and many wedding plans have been affected. With the coastal elopement shoot “You and Me by the Sea” we would like to inspire and show a better option of elopement which could be done here in the UK with so many beautiful spots to choose from. Elopement weddings are rather trendy these days, they can be incredibly personalised and so romantic.
TABLE FOR TWO
An intimate beach grazing table set up just for two to escape and relaxed by the sounds of the waves in the night time was perfectly lit up just by one string of festoon lights and some fairy lights. We absolutely loved creating all the magic night shots in the dark. It was a dream come true.
COASTAL ELOPEMENT
Kylie Christie always comes up with the most amazing styling ideas and just puts everything together perfectly. The seashells, plates, vintage cutlery, table linen and all the other small details - all looked so good on an intimate grazing table for two.
JEWELLERY
The bespoke cuttlefish rings and natural pearl jewellery were supplied by the lovely Fitzgerald Jewellers in Canterbury. They use the cuttlefish bone that washes up on the shores of the Kentish Coast to create these unique texture rings. Absolutely mind-blowing pieces of jewellery.

We chose to set up the coastal elopement at St. Margaret’s Bay in Kent with the famous white cliffs backdrop and the beach scattered with dark grey pebbles almost black when washed by the sea. The beach itself gives you all the feels, hence the styling of the shoot was minimal with natural elements from the coastline. Soft blue and natural grey shades went into gorgeous flower arrangements, table linen, table name cards and the beautifully handcrafted small wedding cake.
