Erm, how fit are Waleed and Reem?! Answer very! Their intimate Islamic wedding is every bit the elegant affair with maroon bridesmaids dresses, red roses, and pillar candles. Although they scaled back their original plans, they said their micro wedding exceeded all their expectations. Especially the captures by, Recommended supplier, Emma Ryan Photography.
Intimate Islamic wedding with a maroon colour scheme and romantic candlelight.
The stunning venue and the intimacy of having 15 really made it feel special. It was far from what I had thought I’d wanted my wedding to be like, but when it came down to it it was the most perfect day! I realise now that intimate weddings are really the way forwards in my opinion!
Don’t let the stress of the current situation detract from the beauty of your wedding! It’s easier said than done but honestly my only regret is how much I stressed beforehand. Everything turned out better than I imagined and I regret not enjoying the lead up to it! At the end of the day it boils down to the love between you and your closest friends/family, so having 15 or 60 people really won’t matter to you on the day.
After marrying at Cambridge Central Mosque earlier in the month, Reem and Waleed chose to celebrate their wedding at Hawkstone Hall and Gardens in Shrewsbury.
Emma our photographer was just amazing! In the lead up to the wedding, she was so so supportive and had the most amazing attitude! And her talent is just out of this world! I still look at the pictures and can’t quite believe they’re ours!
