Inspiration

Happy Valentine’s Day! In the true spirit, we decided to share Jade & Perrie’s incredible wedding day at Recommended Venue, The Barn at Botley Hill, with its pink and red theme. We’ve got serious heart eyes! With pink heart shaped wedding sunglasses as favours for the guests, everyone has heart-eyes for this wedding! The inspiration behind the day was 70s disco with neon signs and disco balls galore! Jade’s wedding dress was by Recommended Supplier, Made With Love, and she accessorised to match the disco vibes with a spiky headband and retro sunglasses! Obsessed is an understatement! Recommended Supplier, Olegs & Rita Photography, captured the entirety of this beautiful day!

Jade: A stand-out moment for me, was after the speeches. We were looking at all of our guests laughing and enjoying the day, and taking in that feeling of this being our special day. The pressure was off and we could really just relax!

Perrie: My favourite moment was turning around to see Jade walking down the aisle, she looked beautiful.

Pink Heart Shaped Wedding sunglasses

The inspiration for Jade & Perrie’s wedding was 70s disco. The couple wanted to achieve a fun party feel whilst still maintaining some of the traditional wedding vibes (hence the black tie). As soon as the invitations weren’t sent out, the couple wanted to set the tone, so they included stickers and typography that aligned with the disco feel. The pink and red colour palette was romantic but playful and tied everything together to set the scene for a day full of fun, love and a great party with our friends and family. The beautiful name places with heart shaped wedding sunglasses were so loved by the guests (and us)! The flowers helped to create a unique, fun vibe whilst still being classic.

The couple said that the best decision they made was having a photographer and videographer. Apart from their work being absolutely stunning, they worked so perfectly together. It really felt like they were guests at the wedding! It’s so important to find a photographer/videographer that you can feel comfortable with. Olegs, Rita and Harvey were nothing short of a perfect choice for Jade & Perrie's day! The sax was also a great way to get everyone up on the dance floor alongside the disco balls and a personalised neon sign to get everyone in the party spirit! A champagne spray is a must-have wedding photo for any ‘party’ wedding!

Valentine’s Day felt like the perfect time to share Jade & Perrie’s day of love!

Try to take a moment to take in the day, everyone says it but it does go by so quickly. Also, if your budget allows..invest in a videographer. It’s so special to relive the day and see all of your guests enjoying the wedding. Priceless.
