The Barn at Botley Hill

We wanted to express our thanks for our amazing wedding! We are still on a massive high from the day as are all our guests who thoroughly enjoyed themselves. From the moment we viewed the venue we were wowed by it, but it wasn’t just the venue that sold it to us. From start to finish the whole team have been faultless, professional, helpful and we have really felt valued as a couple. We cannot thank you all enough for making our day so special.

Just a quick note as we are sat at the airport waiting for our honeymoon flight but thank you so much for everything on Saturday! Everyone would not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, which of course it is, but you were such an amazing team as well, making sure we were all looked after and keeping the day running perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue

Thank you so much to all of the team in helping to make our day so special and so much fun. You were all lovely to work with and once everything was underway we really felt so relaxed that everything was under control and that the experts had it all in hand!

We cannot put into words how thankful we are. We had the most amazing day and everything went perfectly (despite the crazy weather that seemed to showcase all 4 seasons!) You were there to assist us with anything we needed and all of our guests have said how stunning Botley is but also how amazing you guys were in organising everything and ensuring everything ran smoothly. (Also lots of compliments for the stunning wine).  Botley will always hold a special place in our hearts and we hope we can come back again one day! 

We just wanted to say the BIGGEST thank you! It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are for you all and for how amazing the day was. Not only was the venue just absolutely incredible, but you being there made us feel in such good hands. We really feel like we connected with you and it’s a bit sad we won’t get to do this anymore haha - we’ll have to come back for an anniversary!

We have had so many messages and comments from our friends and family saying that those who they interacted with from the venue were wonderful. A few of our friends didn’t understand why we were making them travel to our wedding until they saw the venue and met you all. I knew our day was in the safest hands instantly!

We just wanted to say the biggest thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day so special. It honestly couldn’t have gone any better: everything ran so smoothly, and the whole day exceeded anything we could have hoped for. From start to finish, you and the team were incredible. The attention to detail, the calm organisation, and the friendly support from everyone made such a difference. We felt completely looked after and able to just enjoy every moment and that’s entirely down to how brilliant you all were. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how seamless the day felt, which is a real credit to you all. You played such an important role in making it one of the best days of our lives, and we’re so grateful.

We had such an incredible day last Friday, everything ran so smoothly because of your team! Thank you for all your help during the build up and on the day! We received so many compliments on the venue, it was truly beautiful! Two many cooks put on an incredible spread, and Dora's flowers were everything we wanted to create a perfect autumn wedding.

Thank you so much for this. It was a magical day from start to finish and we have been shouting your names from the rooftops to everyone asking. Thank you for your exceptional care and professionalism both in the lead up and on the day. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Dear team Botley - some of the most amazing humans we've had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know! Matt and I aren't sure how to thank you all properly for how special you made us feel on Thursday. We had the absolute time of our life and, in the best way, we don't feel any want or need to do it all again - nothing could possibly match the perfection of our day and it's been so wonderful reminiscing. So this isn't a proper thank you just yet. Instead, for now, it's a short note and our best attempt to use whatever words we can muster to explain how we felt on Thursday. Elated, happy, ecstatic, hysterical (LOL, but also) calm, confident, free, sunshined-on(!), cared for, cloud 9, peaceful, special, unique, protected, prioritised, buzzed, adrenaline-fueled, lucky, and so so totally LOVED. So we'll leave it there for now - it's too difficult to articulate any further.

We just want to say thank you again, from the first time we saw the venue we fell in love with it and how easy and supportive your whole team are- you made it for us !! Thank you for everything, the day was everything we imagined and more.

Wow… what a day celebrating our big day on Saturday! It really was perfect, and a large part of its success is down to you guys. Nothing was ever too much trouble, everything ran so seamlessly, and, even when timings were slipping, you always had a solution to suggest to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! We will only ever look back with the fondest of memories!

I wanted to just say how thankful we are for you all, our wedding day was quite truly the best day of our entire lives, and we can whole heartedly say that was because of you all. Choosing Botley was easy for us. The venue itself is stunning and exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day, but the most incredible thing about the venue are the team that keeps the everything going. From you gorgeous ladies, the grounds staff, the bar staff, literally every single person! Nothing was ever too much and everything was sorted before we even had to ask!

We just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to you and your team for making our wedding day and the lead up to so easy, beautiful and special! You were all amazing, the venue was stunning and we had the best time! We couldn't be happier :)

Your team made everything so easy for us; from the suppliers you recommended via your spring open day, to the platform you use to collate the information needed, to just always being on hand to answer any little question we had, it was all so efficient and took the stress out of the planning. The energy that each of you brought to the planning and the day itself was perfect, too. You were all so calm and positive from day one right through to the end. That really rubbed off on us, too. We have both agreed that we surprised ourselves with how chilled we were throughout the planning and on the day! You were all fantastic and we want to thank you all SO much. You truly are all an absolute dream team. Thank you for everything.

Charlie and I just wanted to say thank you so much for making our day so perfect. Thank you for making sure everything was in place and looking beautiful, and for guiding us through the day. All the guests loved it and said how beautiful the venue was.

Thank you again so so much for everything - it was a flawless day, and genuinely the best of both of our lives!

Firstly, (I’m sobbing lol) thank you SO much for being just AMAZING and making our wedding day so special. I feel like I’m in a dream and honestly never thought the day could have been so magical. Matt and I are in disbelief - I’m not sure if your other clients feel the same but it was a wedding day of dreams and I can’t believe it was actually real. There are genuinely not enough words to describe the feelings we felt as we were sat on that top table during dinner. During the lead up to the wedding, we played this day in our heads over and over again and yet could never have imagined it to be as incredible as it actually was. Thank you for being so amazing.

Thank you so much for all of your work coordinating and hosting our special day, it was truly amazing, we can't stop thinking about it and our guests repeatedly complimented our choice of venue! Your professionalism and experience showed throughout the whole experience and we really appreciate it.

Everything was perfect! You were all super helpful and easy to get a hold of and completely took the stress away from planning right through to the following day. So thank you again!

We loved the day, and felt it all ran super smoothly from our side of things. We have already had a couple of sneak peak photos back, and the venue is just as stunning in photos as it was live! We don't have much to feedback because you as a team you have been amazing from the first time meeting you, to on the day. It was always so easy to make contact, and no question felt too big or too small. So thank you.
