Seriously stylish couple and elopement alert! Don't you just love bride Megan's Galia Lahav gown, proving that just because your day is intimate and understated, your dress doesn't have to be. In-fact, even though this was an an intimate affair, both Megan & Ruben still managed to include lots of personal touches, starting with the New York City, Brooklyn Bridge location which holds special meaning to them. After the emotional ceremony, photographer Erin Krespan took the adorable couple on a tour of the city, capturing some incredibly epic pictures.

Elopement

Erin Krespan: Megan and Ruben live in Nashville, but they wanted a special, intimate ceremony so they decided to elope in one of their favorite cities in the world...New York! They got ready at a beautiful Airbnb in Brooklyn but decided not to see one another until the wedding. Ruben spent his morning with his dear friend and officiant, Isaac, getting coffee. Megan FaceTimed her mom and best friend before she hopped in an uber to get married! They said their vows under a tree in Brooklyn Bridge Park and then we ran around DUMBO that afternoon capturing their love. I loved that even though they were eloping, they didn't leave out any details. Megan had her parents' wedding rings tied to her bouquet so they were with her all day and Ruben is the bassist in the Christian band Tenth Avenue North, so they had a foot washing and kept God at the center of their ceremony. They found all their vendors on Instagram and it truly was a perfect day.
