Inspiration

We are yet to find a dress from Recommended supplier Made With Love, that we haven't fallen completely in love with. In fact, we are totally obsessed with everything about this Summer celebration at Preston Court. Vintage blush floral displays combined with rustic decor and fairground games, what's not to like?! The infamous merry-go-round at Preston Court also made the perfect backdrop for the speeches and the saxophonist, making this an eclectic and totally unique day.

Fun wedding at Preston Court with Made With Love bridal gown

We combined both of our personal styles into a blur of beautiful details mixed with pure fun. Amy brought a floral and vintage vibe and Martin an eclectic and rock 'n' roll edge. We conducted our speeches outside at Preston Court's vintage carousel, and our talented friend Josh played amazing Ibiza saxophone tracks all day and night. We had vintage fairground games for guests to play (including Salty Carnival Kiss), and we had a sensational feasting menu by Will Burnett. At night we had a bride Vs groom DJ battle, an epic way to end the day!

The vibe of the day at Preston Court was summer romance with pastel colours and vintage decorations.  The details included DIY wooden polaroid palettes and chalkboards made by Amy's family. We also had lots of little details such as personalised ‘love is sweet’ bags, love heart favours, and advice cards. The table names were all places that are significant to us, and we had extra fairy lights and lanterns to add a touch of magic and sparkle.

Pink bridesmaid dresses and vintage floral displays

Amy's amazing Mum Jane did all the flower table pieces, courtyard decorations and bouquets, which was no small feat with 10 bridesmaids!  The best moment of the wedding was when we saw each other for the first time, we couldn't take our eyes off each other. The day itself was so special, as after not seeing family or friends properly for so long, it was incredible to spend time with them all together at Preston Court.
