If you do it abroad, a wedding planner is an absolute must. Our wedding planner is incredibly organised and I miss her every day!
The vibe was effortless, alfresco luxury. We wanted everyone to feel relaxed! Our guests dressed comfortably in smart casual summer gear, and we held our ceremony in the olive grove. It was fairly informal, although I made quite a dramatic entrance to Max Richter’s recomposition of Vivaldi’s Spring 1. The gorgeousness of the venue plus the super opulent flowers gave the entire wedding a real feeling of luxury. Mostly, we wanted everyone to have FUN and relax! Our wedding planner helped a lot with suggesting local suppliers. The band, photographer and florist are all from the UK, all of whom we discovered at other weddings we’d been to.
Are we loving the baby blue florals within the bride's bouquet to match the groom's suit? Yes.
My favourite moment was watching the fireworks with my new husband! After, we jumped into the pool together!
