. I bought the crown in El Tocador de la novia (Madrid), made with wax flowers.
Fernando rented the tuxedo from Juan Moreno
and bought a made to measure shirt from the same place. He completed his outfit with a pair of silver cufflinks from Tommy Hilfiger
and a Tag Heuer
The venue was the beautiful La Finca de San Antonio
in Hoyo de Manzanares.
Our colour scheme was white and pastel pink.
My bridal bouquet consisted of white peonies with purple roses in pastel colors and Bouvardia roses.
We arranged for a very funny and entertaining photo booth where the guests could make their own pictures and videos with a fun kit. My friends created a lovely handmade album by themselves which the guests could stick their pictures and write their wishes and comments.
We also had a DIY Candy Bar and a reception trolley with pins where each guest was reflected with a personalised phrase or description.
There was a buffet with 6 cold and 6 warm dishes.
The menu consisted of:
Foie terrine, mushrrooms and dried apricots with parmesan cheese and caramel.
Deboned piglet, sugar coated with pear chutney in its juices.
Minty Mojito sorbet
As dessert we had a thin and fine warm appletart with vanilla ice-cream.
During the open bar a supper was served with sandwiches and pizza.
