Inspiration

There's one thing we always say at Rock My Wedding: it's Your Day Your Way! Gitanjali and Dev’s One Friendly Place celebration was the perfect example of our ethos. A riot of colour teamed with a white wedding sari, tropical blooms and a giant red rose neon sign. Every element was carefully chosen to represent the couple's fun personalities and lust for life. With all the love and details captured by Millar Cole Photography, including the smoke bomb portraits on the roof. And the party started by, Recommended supplier, Wedding Smashers!

Bride in a white and gold wedding sari and the groom in an orange suit for a colourful industrial wedding.

What made our wedding unique was having all our friends and family in one place. A relaxed, fun party atmosphere that everyone got in the spirit of. We tried to look for independent smaller suppliers that were relaxed and flexible in their approach and understood our vibe.

COLOURFUL

We wanted a bright, colourful, fun, tropical party. Something that didn’t feel too formal and really reflected us as a couple. When we got married and all our friends and family were screaming and cheering, the atmosphere was electric!

DIY

Rachel Duncan, our close friend who designed our invitation and put together our amazing photo booth. We did all the decorations and styling ourselves, all thanks to our bridal party, friends and family who helped us set up the whole venue the day before the wedding!

Gitanjali's white wedding sari is fierce! Standing out amongst the tropical flowers and colourful decorations beautifully.

Find suppliers that are easy to work with and understand your vibe. Have fun and don’t agonise over small decisions, everyone is going to have an amazing time

Gitanjali & Dev

Gitanjali and Dev ramped up this party vibe by focusing on a bold colour palette of green and pink, with tropical floral installations and colourful decor. Whilst Dev and the wedding party dressed in green and orange suits, and pink and green Lenghas, Gitanjali kept her look classic in a white wedding sari. Together they are pure goals. If you need help choosing your wedding dress or suit, then look no further than these articles. You're welcome.
