From our initial concept meeting, through to our wedding itself, she completely understood our vision for the day and brought it to life beautifully. We had to make multiple changes in the run up to our wedding and she went above and beyond to perfect our day for us. The decorations and details made our day extra special and guests commented on how fantastic the venue looked. Imagine planning your wedding day your whole life and wondering how it will look on the day, it's quite a difficult thing to picture how the individual elements you have chosen will come together, but all that comes to mind when we saw our venue styling is the word 'breathtaking'. Somehow Lydia was able to take everything we imagined and elevate it to a level we never thought possible. We will never forget the moment we walked into our wedding breakfast room and saw what Lydia and the team had created, we were absolutely blown away, our dreams were brought to life. Incredibly efficient, full of creative ideas that perfectly complemented my own, and so detail-oriented—it was like she read my mind and elevated every single concept! She pulled together the most stunning decor for both the ceremony and reception, creating spaces that took everyone’s breath away. The vibrant summer palette of bright orange and pink was brought to life with disco balls, ribbons, and even real oranges—so playful, so bold, and utterly unforgettable! She worked seamlessly with all our suppliers—directing the florist, venue team, and other vendors to ensure our vision came together flawlessly. Every corner of the space told our story, and it’s all thanks to her incredible talent and dedication. Truly a standout professional and a key part of what made the day so magical.’

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the styling for our wedding! From the very first conversation, Sarah and Kate were so easy to work with — warm, professional, and always quick to respond to my many questions. In the lead-up, they really took the time to understand what we were hoping for and gave us so much confidence that everything would come together beautifully. On the day, the setup was beyond what I imagined. I’ve had so many comments about how gorgeous everything was. I can’t thank them enough for making the day feel so magical and stress-free. Lydia is an absolute creative genius! Lydia at Ambience North Yorkshire is an absolute creative genius! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble at all in the lead up to our event and on the day both Lydia and Imogen delivered the most beautiful set up for our exhibition. I went to Lydia with a vague vision as to what I wanted and she came back to me with more than I could have ever imagined. She is so creative and came up with a plan to impressively dress 2 of our exhibition spaces that really had the wow factor. I got asked repeatedly throughout our show, who had created our stand as it was so striking! We were also highlighted in amongst 300+ suppliers as one of the best dressed stands – thanks to Lydia and her team. I would recommend Lydia in a heartbeat and have already booked her for every event I do.

Jo was an absolute godsend for us on our wedding day and throughout the whole process. After being let down by another decorator, Jo came to the rescue. We loved that she listened to everything we wanted, and she was not pushy, but was able to offer her professional and creative advice along the way! She also kept us within our budget and she is so friendly and approachable, it was a pleasure every time we were in touch with her. I keep saying the best money we spent on was the decorating. Another thing we really appreciated was she advised to utilise our decorations from the ceremony and move them to the reception, because of our budget, this made our visions become reality because we reused some decorations. Jo handled everything the day before, after our ceremony and then the next day they had already been to collect everything and there was nothing for us to do, which made it as stress free and relaxing as it could have been. We can’t recommend Jo enough, the venue and styling looked absolutely stunning, everything was perfect. It was a relief as well not having to rely on our bridesmaids and groomsman to move decorations as jo handled all of this too. If we could do it again, we would get Jo on the job for us a million times again! She is brilliant! Words can’t describe how amazing Kim was. From our very first call she just got our vibe- classic & timeless. The styling of our wedding was perfect and exactly what we wanted and more. The flowers, in particular my bouquet and bridesmaids flowers were everything from my vision board and more. She even adapted to my last minute change with no hestitation, the dream vendor to work with. Absolute perfection! We’ll always be so grateful to have had Kim style and be part of the most special day of our lives. Super talented, not to mention the friendliest and calmest!

Karen was just the best!! From the moment we met she made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. We knew the colour scheme we wanted but were very unsure on what styles to go for. Karen took her time and showed us various designs, and we were so grateful for her time and knowledge. Our dream wedding became a reality, and we are very grateful! A huge thank you to Joely at Buckinghamshire for pulling together the decor for our wedding it was absolutely perfect and even better than how I imagined it! My only regret was I didn’t get to see Joely on the day to say hi and thank you, I said to everyone she was like a secret fairy godmother running around in the background making everything beautiful without us seeing her once! The venue looked stunning for both ceremony and reception and it was an absolutely fantastic day made better with how beautiful it all looked so thank you once again we really appreciate the hard work you put into bringing it all together.
