Do you provide legal contracts?
Yes we have legally binding contracts for you to sign, and for the act to sign on your behalf
What are the payment terms?
20% booking fee on signing the contract and the balance can be paid whenever suits you up until the day before the Wedding, the funds must be cleared by the wedding date.
What happens if the band/ act cancels or are ill?
This is very uncommon, but part of the beauty of using an agency is that we have the infrastructure and contacts to find a suitable replacement, be that the whole band, or a bass player or drummer to deputise for example. Couples have the final say on replacements, and have the option to not take the replacement offered.
Will we be able to talk directly to the band/ act at some stage before the Wedding?
Yes of course, we always like there to be some direct contact between you and the act in the lead up to the Wedding.
