Camp Katur

Camp Katur was beyond our wildest dreams. What a beautiful place full of nature and life. Our guests stayed with us for the entire weekend, and on Friday, we made pizzas, which was a lovely way to catch up and welcome everyone. On the wedding morning, everyone got time to themselves. We loved seeing the kids playing in the Woodland Kingdom, friends exploring the Estate and running the running tracks, and we enjoyed a relaxing hot tub to start the day. Getting married in the beautiful Woodland Chapel, surrounded by nature and the light streaming through the trees was a dream come true. We then partied in a tipi and sat around an open fire, toasting marshmallows under a blanket of stars.

Camp Katur has the most amazing and quirky glamping accommodations on site. As we were having people travel from overseas and all over the UK we decided to book the entire site for two nights to accommodate all our guests. It was a great way to spend extra time with our guests and drag out the celebrations. It was a magical service it was emotional, and was personal to us, it was unique and it was perfect. It was seriously my favourite part of the whole day and it was everything I dreamed of and more. Jan pulled together perfectly all the things that sum us up as a couple - I felt like she climbed inside my head and pulled out exactly what I had imagined it would be in my mind. Everyone was blown away by the standard and variety of accommodation. It really is the most special place, surrounded by trees and stars, it was a dream come true.” I think the amount of tears witnessed speaks for itself!

Thank you so incredibly much for holding our weekend together and being alongside us in our adventure! It was the most incredible weekend and we will never forget it. We basically cried for 4 days afterwards. Just amazing.

Just wanted to say thank you for your professionalism and steady support this weekend. Your calm approach really helped, your expertise helped the day run smoothly and at no point did we feel rushed or stressed. We are very appreciative.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at camp Katur who made mine and my husbands wedding day so so special. You were amazing from the get-go, if we needed anything you were there straight away and made the whole day stress free and made sure the timings went accordingly, you made us feel very relaxed throughout the day. We shall be back, but with the whole family, as we want to share more happy memories with everyone again. Also the guests that attended the wedding on Saturday fell in love with the place and said it was the best wedding they attended as the scenery was beautiful and different to what they have experienced.

We had the wedding of our dreams here, it’s a brilliant venue and Kerry was fantastic at accommodating everything we wanted. So many of the guests commented on the huge grounds for the kids to run around and be off grid. Thankyou to the whole team for making it all run so smoothly!

We had our wedding with Camp Katur in September 2023 and it was honestly the most beautiful day - completely made by Camp Katur. Our woodland ceremony was the stuff of dreams, an idyllic fairytale and absolutely everything that I had hoped it would be. I think of those moments during our wedding so often and I think how glad I am that we chose Camp Katur. We could not have picked anywhere more perfect. Our guests absolutely loved the day, from the ceremony to dinner and dancing in the big, beautiful barn. People often tell me that it's the best wedding they've ever been to (maybe they say that to everyone but I believe it to be true!). So thankful to have found this incredible place.

Not only is this venue stunning in every way! The people are also amazing and work effortlessly with you to make your day the best it can be. Kerry and her team did everything they could to accommodate us and our guests. The venue is the perfect place to get married with so many options and even the back up plan for rain is flawless. You will get so many woodland photos of you and your guests! The accommodation is amazing with the added bonus of the hot tubs. Recommendation for this venue is off the scale!

The best weekend of our lives!! Our WeddingFest at Camp Katur was phenomenal! It was the most incredible, emotional, magical experience of our lives! We went for the full outdoor experience, in the woods, and then taking over Hill Farm Geodomes and Safari hut, for the full festival style weekend. The setting is idyllic! The woods are stunning. About 70 of us stayed over for the full weekend in Geodomes, bell tents and even a couple of campers. If you want something utterly unique, and completely memorable, this is the place!! Every single guest told us how they had had the best weekend EVER, and it was the best wedding they’d ever been to! Just absolutely phenomenal. We can’t wipe the smiles off our faces! Thank you to the Camp Katur team, and the Camp Hill Estate itself! Amazing!
