So why should we pick you?
Your ceremony should be the highlight of your wedding day, the party-starter. I’m the proud creator of engaging ceremonies, meaning guests aren’t checking their watches to see when the drinks are coming out! Your ceremony will be written from scratch, to suit the individual needs of every couple, based on your love story, honing in on poignant anecdotes and memories from your lives together that make you laugh and cry happy tears. No cliche definitions of love, just talking about what you love about each other, including any fun, meaningful elements you envision. I embrace all your ideas and make them happen. I specialise in modern wedding ceremonies that are filled with laughter, are genuinely fun, sincere and have heart-explosive moments. It’s the best job in the world and I get to do it for the most amazing couples and love getting to know you all. So whether you want to glide down the aisle in a traditional white gown or completely throw the rule book out, I make it my mission to have all your ceremony needs covered.
Do you travel?
I’m based in Hampshire and only an hour away from London. I’m very happy to travel further afield as my presenting work has always taken me up and down the country, I love a road trip! Plus, I can easily jump on a plane too, as I’m close to Southampton/London Airports and honestly, travel is a little bit of me.
I need a Wedding MC, can you do that too?
Hell yeah! Take advantage of my years of experience as a presenter and announcer, and let me be your wedding host and cheerleader for the day. When planning your reception, never underestimate the role of your MC, it’s much more than just the odd introduction. A good MC has years of experience and the organisational skills of Monica from Friends, to be able to connect with and co-ordinate all of your guests and suppliers, so that everything keeps moving to the all important timeline you’ve been building up to for months! In a contemporary twist to the traditional red-suited toast master, I can introduce the magical moments of the day, and make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time in a stress-free, engaging way. I can get everyone toast ready for cheers and tears, make sure your guests are throwing on the props for the photo booth, I can cue that surprise flash mob, compere a fun game of Mr & Mrs, get guests to shimmy their way to the dance floor for the first dance, do a shout out for the imminent bouquet toss and make sure everyone is revelling in the big day. I have compered 100’s of events and know what it takes to make your wedding day extraordinary. As your wedding MC, you’re in great hands with me and I can guarantee it will be relaxed, seamless and laughter-filled.
