Lisa was absolutely fantastic! I found my dream dress yesterday and it was such a special experience from start to finish. Lisa welcomed us into her beautiful bridal area, where you are dazzled by the beauty of all the dresses and delighted by the gorgeous aroma of the homemade wax melts. Lisa made us feel right at home and was brilliant at pulling out dresses that would suit my body shape. It felt so exciting having Lisa help me into the dress, standing on the podium and then Lisa would pull the curtain back to show my Mum and Grandma the dresses. What every girl dreams of! Lisa was brilliant at accessorising, and she took a dress that I love to a dress that I cried in and couldn't believe how amazing I felt in it through her creative touch an accessorising. The whole experience of finding and buying a wedding dress at Champagne and Lace was a delight. It was very easy to book an appointment and the reminders before the appointment were very useful. Lisa was very welcoming when we arrived and spent time getting to know me so that she could pick the right dress for me. She is very knowledgeable about all of the dresses that she has available which was very helpful. Lisa gave us her undivided attention and plenty of time to try on a variety of dresses, the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly.
