Once your date and venue are confirmed, feel free to get in touch to check my availability—it would be such a shame to miss out later on! Many couples choose to secure their date 12–18 months in advance. That said, I don’t open my diary too far ahead, as flower prices can fluctuate over time.
Our bespoke design service begins at £2,500 for weddings taking place during the peak summer months of May to September. For weddings outside of this period, our minimum spend is £1,500.
To book our services, simply reach out via the contact page on our website. We'll arrange an in-person consultation or a Zoom meeting if you're not local to Leamington Spa. After getting to know you and your wedding vision, I'll create a bespoke proposal for you. If you choose to book, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date, which is deducted from your final flower balance. A final consultation occurs 8 weeks before the big day to ensure everything is in place.
I'm based in Warwickshire and cover weddings in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, and Northamptonshire. I'm also happy to travel further afield, though additional fees may apply if a temporary workshop is required.

We were absolutely blown away by Katie's artistic floral arrangements: statement moon arch, marquee ladder and chandelier installations, beautiful aisle meadows, bud vases and much more. Throughout the consultations, Katie was so knowledgable. We wanted seasonal flowers and we were amazed at all these beatiful home grown varieties! We chose Katie for our September 2024 wedding because we loved the look of her style. From then on, the whole process with Katie was so easy - we really felt listened to. As well as understanding what we were going for, she also made a bunch of really helpful suggestions, many of which we went with. What Katie was able to put together for us will stay in our memories forever. The flowers at the ceremony (including a breathtaking flower arch) were out of this world. Then there were all of the other flowers and decorations! All of the tables at dinner looked beautiful, and Katie managed this even as we decided relatively late on change our numbers. After the wedding she even managed to put our flowers in bunches for us so we could take them home and give them to other guests. She also gave us a card listing all the flowers in our bridal bouquet, which we absolutely loved. Katie was completely fantastic - we can’t recommend her highly enough.
