How can we secure the date?
Once I have an overall understanding of your plans and requirements, I send the contract and an invoice for non-refundable retainer of £300.
Can we have the raw files?
Photographers retain the copyright and ownership of the images they capture. By providing raw files, there is a risk that clients may modify or distribute the images without proper authorisation, potentially infringing on the photographer's rights. Delivering edited images ensures that the photographer maintains control over their work and protects their intellectual property.
Do we have to pay for your travel cost?
I live in Cambridgeshire and the travel cost is included, however If your wedding is too far for me to travel there and back in one day - I will notify you about booking an accommodation.
Do we have to feed you?
I don't fancy leaving your venue to hunt for a warm meal and risk getting stuck in traffic. I would appreciate some-sort-of-meal to keep me going. This is also the only time I get to sit down, have a break. and let my partner know I am alive. Psst... I'm vegetarian. :)
Can we buy prints?
Yes, after receiving a gallery from me, you can easily purchase high quality prints through my platform. I don't recommend using boots or snapfish, just because the photos will fade with time, they are only good for phone pics, not your wedding photos.
Are you insured?
I am! I have a Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000 for each and every claim or loss. I also have a back up equipment and Professional Idemnity Insurance.
How many photos will we receive?
For a full 10h wedding you can expect +500 photos. For a smaller, intimate coverage, it's roughly +40 photos per hour.
What packages do you have?
Hour by hour for small and intimate weddings and elopements. Standard for a 10h coverage, and a Premium which is all-in (engagement shoot & second photographer). Please enquire for pricing guide.
