Just wanted to send you an email saying thank you so much for my wedding dress, it was absolutely perfect!! The changes we made looked amazing and the fit was just perfect. Thank you also for all your support and reassurance in the lead up to my wedding. You were always the professional but also a personal touch, especially for me as I was trying to make all the decisions on my own with family being back in Australia. After visiting so many dress stores and have no luck what so ever I was feeling completely defeated. We sat down and discussed what I had envisaged, looked through the catalogs and then tried dresses that we chose together, finding my Viero dress. Just a perfect experience, from start to finish!!

Dress Dreams are amazing. They were with me every step of the way. I had already seen THE dress online prior to my visit but they made sure I tried on others to make sure of my decision - I’m so glad they did because I fell in love that little bit more! When shopping you are made to feel like a total queen and the whole experience is just wonderful! An amazing experience from start to end! I made my appointment and from the minute I stepped into the shop and started explaining what I was after they saw my dream and instantly pulled out my dream dress! It was the first dress I tried on and I cried! I just knew it was right! From there on out nothing was too much trouble, they answered all of my questions, let me try on my dress as many times as needed and always made me feel warm and welcome! I am so happy I bought my dress here and I would highly recommend all Brides shop here! You started my wedding experience perfectly and it ended with the most gorgeous dress I have ever seen. I would, without doubt, recommend Dress Dreams to anybody looking for their dream wedding dress. The team there are so lovely and completely understood the vision I had for my dress. They were also incredibly honest and told me when they thought something looked good and when something didn’t. I only took my mum along with me to choose my dress so I’m glad I had Shereen’s opinion as well to help me make the final decision. Wendy did my dress alterations and did a phenomenal job. They have been in the business a long time and I totally trusted them both - what they don’t know about wedding dresses and accessories isn’t worth knowing! Finally, I was on quite a tight time schedule because my fiancé and I were going to be eloping and Dress Dreams did not fail to deliver on time. They even showed me how to pack my dress for the flight and how to steam it at the other end - nothing was too much trouble for them. I went there to try wedding dresses on and i was a bit nervous, but they made me feel so comfortable. After trying a few dresses on I thought I found the one, but Kate said I've got one in mind that I think will look amazing on you, once I tried it on I new it was that one! So thank you ???? Every time I went in for a fitting they made me feel amazing about myself, I always came out with a massive smile on my face. My wedding day was the best day of our lives, so thank you both for all your help finding my perfect dress and making me feel like a princess. xxx
