Giles & I weren’t ever “wedding” people, Ellenborough Park changed that for us & that’s all be-cause of our first meeting with Lisa, their wedding executive. Lisa knew from that first encounter what it was we were looking for; a celebration for our closest family & our young daughters-we wanted them all to feel like they were being treated & part of a special day. We just loved the grounds & the idea of an outdoor celebration. The whole process never felt overwhelming, each meeting with Lisa made us feel more excited & she was consistent with her commitment to making our wedding super special. The entire process felt personalised from start to finish, we always felt like Lisa had time for us, ‘got us’ & would always come up with helpful ideas & suggestions. On the day of our wedding-where do I start, it was just awesome! David & Lisa met me from the car & instantly all nerves evaporated. They made me feel so happy & I knew they had everything under control, which was so reassuring. I’d met Charlie the day before & he was so lovely & funny, he downloaded all of our playlists; his ease made us feel confident that it was going to be a brilliant day. Anna was so kind & considerate & checked so many details with me, she was in control throughout & great at her job. All of the staff treated us so so well. We genuinely felt spoilt! The service was incredible, so personable, staff were amazing with our children & all of our family in fact. The dining room looked beautiful & the pace of the food, drinks & day was perfect. In honesty, our wedding at Ellenborough Park couldn’t have gone any better! It was the special day that we had hoped for, the photos say everything-every single person is beaming, it was perfect. Harry and I had the most incredible day on Saturday. It was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. We’re both so emotional that it’s all over but we have made memories to last a life time. On behalf of both of us, I’d like to thank you so so much for all your help with planning our day. It truly was amazing. We’d also like to say a huuuge thank you to the rest of the team at Ellenborough, with a special mention of course to Anna and Charlie who were on hand throughout the entire day & evening making sure everything was going to plan. We were so well looked after and for that we are exceptionally grateful. All of our guests have commented on how smoothly the day went and just how special it was, right from the venue itself, to the food, the service and everything in between. I should also mention the Fajita evening on Friday too which was equally fantastic so please thank the team for their efforts with this as well! Thank you so much too for our Dinner & Wine voucher. It is so kind of you and so unexpected. We will definitely be coming back to Ellenborough to use it. We love the idea of coming back for our anniversary next year.
