Fields & Festoons Outdoor Weddings

We cannot say enough good things about Hannah and Fields and Festoons. Right from the outset her communication and knowledge put us at ease. Hannah has an EXTENSIVE knowledge of suppliers and needs on the day and was always quick and happy to make suggestions but also, and maybe more importantly, she really listened to what we wanted and then built her suggestions around that. All the way through she would gently check in and help to steer us towards the big day. We also had Rebecca with us through planning who works supporting Hannah. Rebecca is an incredible florist who we also got to do the bouquets, buttonholes and decoration and it was incredible. Also, as she works with Hannah it was absolutely seamless. On the day itself I think it’s safe to say that we could not have done it without her, Hannah was an integral part of making our day work and managed everything with such an effortless ease that if there were any issues we certainly didn’t see them. She is quite simply incredible at her job and made us both feel incredibly looked after and reassured. She’s also tremendously good fun to be around!! I would strongly recommend Fields and Festoons to anyone seeking planning advice/help/organisation but for goodness sake book early as they are quite rightly very popular!

First things first - Hannah has become one of our favourite people! We first met Hannah when we decided to hold our wedding at the Lakeside at Wildberry Farm and from the outset we realised we were being spoilt to have access to not only a brilliant wedding coordinator, but a wonderful person too! Right from the start Hannah was on it and made us feel really at ease with what was a really daunting task of organising and planning an outdoor wedding. Hannah’s organisational skills but calm and collected delivery made the whole process enjoyable, when it could have been very stressful. Hannah’s contacts and connections were fantastic and her willingness to listen and take on board and thought and suggestions and mould her own ideas to ours made us a really great planning team! On the days leading up to and on our wedding day itself, Hannah took away all stress and pressure and was the central focal point for all of our suppliers, who couldn’t speak highly enough of Hannah and her work! She works tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the day but is flexible enough to allow the day to flow and breath organically, without forcing us to do anything we didn’t want to, in order to stick to a rigid schedule. We loved our wedding day more than we could possibly have imagined and a large contributor to that was Hannah and her faultless approach to coordinating and helping us bring our personalities to the day. We cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful she is and how much of a joy she was to work with. Everyone simply has to have a Hannah for their wedding day!!

Me and my wife worked with Hannah and her amazing team for our wedding in September 23. She was absolutely superb from start to finish and was extremely thorough to help make our day absolutely perfect. Honestly could not recommend enough, she worked with our budget and provided lots of great suppliers to help with that. On the day her and her team ran the reception amazingly and meant we could just enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything.

If you need any assistance planning an outdoor wedding or event, no matter how big or small, Fields & Festoons are THE company to go to! Hannah provided us with remote assistance for our marquee wedding party which took place in an empty field. She helped us build out a site plan (many site plans!), reviewed our supplier documents for any gaps in the service they were providing and gave general advice about outdoor event planning. Hannah really knows her stuff, she is patient, professional and an all round lovely person. I only wish I had more events to plan so we could work together again! Thank you Fields & Festoons!!

Hannah and the team were simply amazing. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and patient, always taking the time to understand our ideas and vision and translate it into something beautiful. Hannah was sensational from start to finish. She met with us regularly guiding us through the process, coordinated with all the suppliers to ensure all went to plan, had a sewing kit to hand when my wedding dress broke and even dropped us back at our hotel at the end of the night! The day was stress free and seamless for us and managing 150 guests is no mean feat!

It's hard to put into words just how grateful we are for Hannah and the team and what you all did to make our wedding quite literally the best day of our lives. Hannah is everything and more; she is the wedding coordinator of dreams. Thank you for saying 'yes!' to pretty much everything we wanted. You really did go above and beyond to make the day look unique to us. Thank you for your endless patience every time we changed our minds about food, table plans and guest lists. We will miss the weekend WhatsApp messages helping us choose wines and Mr and Mrs cocktail recipes and the evening planning meetings. Ultimately, thank you for making planning our wedding a genuinely enjoyable experience, Hannah and everyone at the venue.

The wedding planner we collaborated with through Fields and Festoons was an absolute superstar. On the big day everything unfolded like a fairy tale, the team had helped us set up everything and the execution was flawless. Hannah managed the event with grace and ensured each element flowed seamlessly. Her presence provided a sense of reassurance allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day.
