Huntsham Court

Huntsham was the first and last venue we viewed. I still get butterflies thinking about that first approach up the driveway and seeing Huntsham for the very first time. Pure magic. We had 3 venue requirements which were pretty unique- a venue that accommodated almost all of our 120 guests, BYOB (no corkage!) and exclusive hire for the whole weekend. Essentially a posh house party! The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful, but completely lived in which adds to the character and charm of the property. Every room is stunning in its own right yet they all complement one another. Aside from the beauty of the house - the staff are the most knowledgeable and friendly I have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble and so many guests commented on how wonderful they were. Particular mention to our wedding coordinator Laura who was just an absolute dream to work with. We are now trying to find an excuse to come back to Huntsham in the Summer- maybe our 40th birthday’s in 6 years?!

Thank you to Huntsham Court for our fantastic wedding in November - the staff were amazing and exceeded our expectations; they were on top of every detail and anticipated any issues we might have. We weren't sure if we needed an event manager on the day but Laura our coordinator did an excellent job of handling everything from inflatable sharks to the sparkler first dance. Our guests loved the venue and many have asked for details for their own celebrations.

Huntsham Court is a wonderful venue, with beautiful views and a stunning profile. The staff are amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that your day goes off without a hitch. The welcoming feel extends to the venue itself, with all our guests saying it felt like a home from home (just on a much larger scale!)

We absolutely loved our stay and wedding at Huntsham Court. They exceeded our expectations in all ways, and we started with high expectations from their beautiful photos and previous reviews! The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful, and are set up so that you truly feel like it is your home to host your event for a few days. The house is immaculate, warm and welcoming, with countless details to explore and experience. The decor and furnishings were beautiful, and felt more like a comfy home than an off-limits museum. Our guests enjoyed the activities available, including croquet, tennis, and jenga. Each room had a unique character, making each guest feel at home and eager to explore all the house had to offer. There is a great diversity of spaces, from small nooks with couches for private conversation to grand rooms that accommodate all guests, together. The staff went above and beyond, all of our guests had great praise and spoke very highly of their interactions with the staff. Having Natalie (our venue coordinator) and other members of the staff present helped to put our own minds at ease for our wedding day. The staff was flexible and creative to help us meet our ideal vision of a wedding stay, both in the lead up to the wedding and in the organization of the surrounding days. We planned the wedding stay from the United States, and having Natalie’s input on local vendors was an invaluable contribution. Overall, we cannot recommend Huntsham Court highly enough! We even hope to host an anniversary there… some day.

My son recently married his new husband at Huntsham. Everything about the wedding was perfect, the setting for Huntsham is beautiful and tranquil. The gardens were full of colour but I can imagine the grounds are beautiful whatever the season. The house is amazing, every room is impeccably decorated and furnished. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. They had the ceremony in Great Hall which was beautiful and the wedding breakfast in the Yellow room. The library is definitely my favourite with masses of books and big squashy sofas. We have all decided that we wouldn’t have changed one thing about the wedding as it was so perfect. If anyone is undecided about a smaller wedding at Huntsham, think again. Thank you Huntsham for the beautiful memories you helped us make. The boys are now trying to think up an excuse for another celebration at a Huntsham.
