Yes, absolutely, you tell me what you need help & support with and we can take it from there! We usually find that help with on the day coordination is most valued but we are more than happy to step in and tidy up your admin, create your timeline or help out wherever you need.
Absolutely! We know the South Coast well so if you are looking for supplier recommendations then this is our area but if you are just looking for a super organised human to support your big day then we can be anywhere!
That is always an option! On the day coordination is perfect when you have done all the hard work planning your day but know that you just want your family and friends, and the two of you, to enjoy it and relax. On the day coordination is never just on the day itself however, we will pick up 4 weeks before the day and manage your supplier relationships, help you tweak any final details and take the stress away for you.
My idea of luxury is amazing food, fab humans, great music and lots of new ideas! I love unique weddings, am always up for bringing a new twist to something traditional, and I will always get hands on. I have over 18 years experience in the hospitality industry so know lots about food, drinks, events and everything in between. My team are all hospitality experts too so every moment you are supported by great humans who know their stuff!
That is all part of the package. I have great suppliers on hand if you don't know what you want but I will always work with whoever you choose to bring your day together.
My full planning package starts from £3,000 and it includes; Creating your wedding vision & bringing it to life Timeline management All my other plans all rolled into one with at least 5 dedicated 1 hour planning sessions face to face or via Zoom Full event management from the start of your planning until you step onto that dance floor Detailed supplier management, including contracting & negotiating Step by step event plan for all suppliers Styling advice and know how on all things weddings Hints & Tips along the way to help you make the most of your budget Unlimited emails 1 venue visit prior to the big day
If you simply want to make sure you have someone you can trust with you on your day then here's the package for you. Let us take the hassle out of your big day and let you soak in the atmosphere with your loved ones. We will be on hand with our clipboards ready to make sure your wedding goes without any wrinkles! Starting as an 8 hour package on your wedding day, handovers 4 weeks before and with a run through of all your plans in the week leading up to your wedding too. Time for you to enjoy every second! FROM £1,500 WHAT’S INCLUDED? Initial run through of your day 4 weeks before Supplier recommendations Highlighting any potential gaps in your day and plan – and helping you fill those in! Unlimited email On the day coordination of suppliers Full day of planning, coordination & support – from set up all the way through until your first dance (8 hours)
So, its actually a mix of 2 of my packages. We are most often booked for 'Today is The Day' with the added package of 'So Much to Do!' This gives a combined package with 3 months work prior to the day and the full package for on the day coordination too. Yes! Absolutely! I want my packages to reflect what you need and I can't always bundle that up perfectly without getting to know you. So, my packages are a bit of guidance for us to start from. You can pick and choose parts of some and we can mix and match until you have the support you were looking for. Generally we find our packages hit the spot for most couples as we have preened them until they are just right.
Bringing our visions to life We knew planning a wedding could be stressful and we had so many ideas we weren't sure where to start. Keshira took our vision and brought it to life in full colour, ensuring we didn't have to stress about all the details which is worth it's weight in gold. Keshira knows things that you don't due to her years of experience so is able to guide you in the right direction which we really valued. Keshira is so supportive, creative and offers an abundance of wonderful ideas, however, at the same time is very non-intrusive. She delivered on all aspects of what we wanted (and and more), and completely brought our vision to life. We met Keshira at a wedding fair on a day when we were starting to have major doubts about our decision to have a DIY wedding, approximately 3 months before the big day. Keshira was incredibly kind and encouraging and offered to meet with us to help in any way she could. We had a no obligation online call to discuss our concerns and made the decision to book Keshira to help bring our vision to life. Keshira came with us to view the venue on two separate occasions and was able to offer reassurance and suggestions on decor, thinking outside the box, and helping to put our minds at ease. She created a Whatsapp group so we could quickly access her support and recommendations, and she also offered to liaise with the venue on our behalf. The day before the wedding Keshira was also very hands-on assisting us with the set up of the ceremony space and we couldn't be happier with the final result. We would definitely recommend Keshira if you are looking for a friendly, knowledgable and creative wedding planner with a calming presence!
Keshira helped us create our dream day. She brought so much love, inspiration and joy to the process as well as of course the main event. Knowing everything was in such good hands allowed us to be able to fully relax and enjoy every second. She thought about things we hadn’t and made our visions even better than we could have ever imagined.
