I stay in touch with you consistently throughout the entire lead up to your wedding, with a strong focus on building a genuine relationship rather than just being a supplier. From early on, I create a group chat where you can both reach out at any time with questions, ideas, or updates as your plans develop. You also have access to unlimited consultations, whether that is to go over timelines, talk through ideas, or simply check in as things come together. If you prefer something more personal, I am always happy to meet in person over a coffee as well. This ongoing communication is not just about planning, it is about getting to know each other properly. The more comfortable you feel around me, the more natural everything will be on the day. That ease and familiarity makes a huge difference, allowing you to relax and be yourselves, which is exactly what creates the best, most authentic images.

Most couples book 12 to 24 months in advance, especially for peak dates. If your date is important, it is always best to secure it as early as possible.

Most weddings are covered by myself, but a second photographer can be added if you would like additional coverage, especially for larger weddings.

It also means when we speak, we can focus more on your plans and ideas rather than covering the basics. I do this because I care about people having something real to look back on. Weddings move fast. Most of it becomes a blur, and what is left after everything is over are the photographs. Not just what things looked like, but what it felt like. The nervous energy before the ceremony, the quiet moments in between, the chaos, the laughter, the emotion that people do not always notice in the moment. I am drawn to that honesty. I am not interested in forcing perfection or creating something that feels staged or disconnected from the day. I want the images to feel like the day actually felt, without turning it into something artificial. There is also something personal in it for me. Time has a way of changing everything, and it is the only thing that never stops moving forward. Losing people close to me reshaped how I see moments and memory. It made me realise how quickly life becomes something you are remembering instead of something you are living. That is part of why I treat what I do with such care. Because of that, I understand that photographs are not just pictures. They are what remains when everything else has moved on. They carry weight, meaning, and emotion long after the day itself has passed. At the core of it, I do it because these images will outlive the day, and I want them to still mean something years later when everything else has faded a little.
