I'm Naomi, founder of Payton Events and I plan weddings for couples who have absolutely no interest in blending in.
Based in Birmingham, covering the Midlands and beyond, I specialise in bold, personality-driven celebrations where the food is exceptional, the atmosphere is electric, and every detail has been curated with intention. Weddings that make your guests walk in and think this is so them.
My background is 12+ years deep in hospitality, wedding venues and catering management. I know what makes a wedding flow and what quietly derails one. I'm one step ahead, proactively solving things before they reach you, so you can be radiant and fully present rather than managing everyone else's questions.
I work with couples who love a brilliant night with great people, care deeply about what their guests eat and drink, and want a celebration that feels transportive, not a production line. If that sounds like you, I think we'd get along brilliantly.

Naomi was instrumental in making sure that our wedding day not only lived up to everything my wife and I wanted, but ran to time - almost to the second!
She was absolutely superb when planning our special day and it was clear from the early stages through to the execution of the wedding day itself that she had so much experience to draw from and helped inspire so much of the day.
Our special day was a destination wedding in South Africa and Payton Events sourced, organised and communicated with vendors and venues for us with only the most minimal requirements from my wife and I.
When things were not quite going to plan, Naomi was the first one to solve the problem, get on the phone, send an email or just take over, while keeping my wife calm and stress free - even without us knowing or asking. Her service and attention to detail was excellent.

Naomi was excellent from start to finish! In the build up to the day, Naomi was there for everything we needed, answering our questions and going so far as to calculate our table settings on her own table in her own home whilst we were stressing about it, instantly putting our minds at ease. On the day itself, there were a lot of moving parts to our wedding and Naomi managed them all perfectly. She really took away a lot of the stress so we could just enjoy the day. We were very happy to work with Naomi and couldn’t recommend her enough!
