Perfect Day Weddings

The best decision of wedding planning was booking with Perfect Day Weddings! We booked Natalie a bit panicked after our 6 month meeting with our venue where we were feeling a bit unsure as to how much they would help/do for us on the day or how much would get left to the bridal party to sort. From our first initial consultation call with Natalie, she reassured us completely that she would do whatever jobs we wanted, whether they were typical of a planner/coordinator or not & we knew instantly it was the right choice to book her. We went for the silver package- day of coordination, but it wasn’t only on the day, from the 4 weeks before Natalie did so much for us, visited the venue with us, spoke with all our suppliers & chased them up on required forms, she gave us tips and advice & brought great vibes sharing in our excitement. On the day of our wedding, we couldn’t have asked for more. Natalie went above and beyond for us, making sure everything was perfect. From start to finish the day was flawless, not one thing went wrong- at least not that we know of & a huge part of that was having Natalie there supporting us. Thank you Natalie & Perfect Day Weddings, you made our dreams come to life & we are so grateful to have had you there supporting us.

Everybody needs a Natalie in their wedding day! We never planned originally to have a wedding planner for our wedding then we met Natalie! She swooped straight in helping us with a change of venue and immediately took over to update all suppliers, help us find new suppliers for catering etc (her recommendation ended up being the most perfect hog roast and grazing table 10/10) Natalie has helped us with so much and has been in constant communication always checking in as and when to see if we were ok, needed anything and sometimes just to make sure we were ok with everything.i On the actual day Natalie was a god send, she arrived at our getting ready space and made sure the men were behaving themselves for the photographers, the guest transport went without a hitch and more importantly when I had a wobble with stress Natalie swooped in and took me off for a few minutes to myself and I will forever be grateful, she wasn’t a wedding planner in that moment she was a friend. At no point has any of my messages, questions or general having no clue been a bother for Natalie and all my other suppliers were happy to work with her due to her professionalism. We would recommend Natalie to anybody who needed a wedding planner or even on the day coordination as she has all different packages. Natalie having you a part of our day meant so much to us and we thank you for every little touch you provided. Forever grateful for you and your services.

Great coordinator Natalie is really great. She knows when we need her the most and handle everything perfectly! She did my decoration (table decoration, etc.) in a way that I never imagine and it’s really wonderful. Her day coordination is top notch. I don’t need to worry about anything on the wedding day. She handled all of them. Thanks a lot Natalie! 

Natalie is the best! I hired Natalie quite late on in my planning. I decided I just wanted to enjoy our day and not worry about anything. I'm so glad I brought Natalie on board- she is the absolute best! From day 1 she got onto my suppliers checking and confirming details. She attended my final meeting with the venue and thought of lots of details I hadn't considered. Natalie arrived on the day of the wedding and just set about making sure we were all OK, if we needed anything. Making sure the room was being set up correctly. To be honest I'm not entirely sure what else she was doing, all I know is that I had a lovely calm day getting ready and knowing I didn't have anything to worry about. Natalie made sure everything was running on time, and calmed and reassured both of us when the big moment arrived! After the ceremony she helped the photographer instruct my guests for the photos. She also ensured that the guests were well taken care of and the room turnover was done correctly. As an added bonus Natalie took pictures and videos throughout the day which she sent to me the day after. They were brilliant. My favourite one is the video of our first look before the ceremony - still makes me cry! Thank you so much Natalie - you are the best!! If you are looking for a planner Natalie is your woman! Xxx

The best wedding investment you will make Natalie was absolutely incredible, from start to finish she took over 6 weeks out and made our life one million times easier, from advice to troubleshooting with suppliers I could not recommend Natalie enough, do not give it a second thought if you are thinking about hiring her, from running the day smoothly, tidying the bottom of the dress throughout the day, to even blowing up inflatable saxophones, she did it with professionalism and a smile on her face, thank you Natalie for making our day so special.

The Morris’ wedding 🤍 Natalie was incredible from the moment we got in contact with her to enquire about our wedding day. Natalie is down to earth, and very approachable. She went above and beyond for us both before the wedding and on the day. Everything went to plan and that was all thanks to Natalie. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
