Your appointment is two hours, completely private, and all yours. You'll be looked after by our warm, highly experienced team, enjoy complimentary refreshments, and have every fitting done right here in-house. No rushing, no pressure — just you, your people, and the search for the one.

The minute we arrived, myself and my bridal party were welcomed in by the lovely Michelle. Straight away I felt comfortable and at ease. We were offered a complimentary buck fizz, which of course we accepted ! 🥂🤣 Michelle asked me what type of dress I had in mind and gave me great advice on what would suit me best for my figure. After trying a few dresses on, I had found my perfect dress ! The funny thing was, it was absolutely not what I would have chosen by myself. Michelle absolutely knew what dress would suit me and what would be the most flattering and I love it ! 🩷 I am so glad I chose Serena Bridal. I never, at any point felt embarrassed or uncomfortable when being helped into the dresses, you totally have to trust the process and the advice you are given. I can’t stress enough how much Michelle knows her stuff and knows what will suit you and what won’t. Always try dresses on that you think you would never go for, I did and it turned out to be my ideal dream dress ! ☺️ Myself, Michelle and my girls all really had a fab afternoon with lots of laughter and giggles along the way which made the experience a great time. The boutique is absolutely beautiful and the decor and layout is so classy and elegant, with some lovely personal touches. I highly recommend Michelle and Serena Bridal for any bride wanting a great experience choosing their perfect dress. ☺️
