Do we have to choose a design?
Absolutely not, we understand that your wedding is a very personal event, celebrating you as a couple and that everyones tastes are a little different. With this in mind we offer a completely bespoke design service to ensure your stationery works seamlessly with your weddings style and is perfectly you! That said, we are excited to now also offer our all new studio collection 'SHEAF off the SHELF'. Our SHEAF off the SHELF range offers a selection of our own designs ready for you to choose and personalise. After years of offering an exclusively bespoke service, this collection has been carefully curated from our most popular designs and includes a selection to suit a variety of wedding styles.
Do you have a studio we can visit to view stationery?
Absolutely! We're based in Kelham Island, Sheffield where we design and print most of our stationery offerings. We welcome our couples on an appointment basis to ensure we can Gove you our undivided attention. We always have our 'SHEAF off the shelf' range on display along with a selection of beautiful bespoke designs from our recent weddings. We're here to make the whole stationery organising process a simple and enjoyable one. So, whether you choose to go bespoke or select from our studio collection, we can sit and chat through your options, look at samples and answer any questions you have. If you can't make it into the studio, we are always happy to make an appointment to enjoy a zoom/teams consultations and send any samples out to you.
How do we know what information to send for our stationery content?
We're here to help keep your guests in the know, so will always go though your stationery content with you to ensure we have covered everything off. For our 'SHEAF off the shelf' range we're always happy to adjust the suggested wording to suit your wedding and will send over a content checklist and for our bespoke customers, we will sit and chat through all your wedding aspects down to the tiniest details. So whichever way you choose to work with us, we've got you!
How much does your stationery service cost?
We like to keep things super simple when it comes to pricing. You can purchase our SHEAF off the shelf collection directly from our online shop (launching 31.10.22) Our bespoke service comes with a price guide and we will always provide you with a full itemised quote so you know exactly how much it will be. There are no hidden costs. Our prices are inclusive of design, pdf proofs, alterations & re-proofs, printing, collation and packaging. Postage costs are also provided with your quote and there is an option for you to collect for us.
Can we choose the card we print on and envelope colours?
You sure can! Our SHEAF off the Shelf range is printed on premium G.F Smith 300gsm Callisto card in white or ivory with matching envelopes, we are always happy to upgrade your envelope choice to coloured and even add in printed liners for a touch of luxe. For our bespoke customers we offer a wide selection of cards and papers from pearlised options for a luxury shimmer to contemporary ribbed or beautifully hammered for extra elegance. Of course we'll always advice which finish will suit your design and wedding best before we finalise and print.
Can we order matching wedding day stationery & signage?
Of course, we love to offer the complete stationery package from save the dates and invitation suites to wedding day stationery and signage. As with our invitations stationery offering, you can choose to order our ready for you designs from our 'SHEAF off the Shelf' studio collections or our bespoke service will see your wedding day items matching your invitations suite. Complete co-ordination his available on all items and totally bespoke 'one-off' items too, including name cards, menus, seating plans, welcome signs, table name/number cards and smaller signage (sign our guest book, cards & gifts, pimp your Prosecco and memorial signs).
Leanne did all the stationary for our wedding, including invitations, order of services, table menus, and large welcome signs. She did an absolutely fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. She really listened to the brief and did a great job bringing our vision to life. Even when there were some logistical challenges including how to stand up 3 large signs, Leanne worked with the printers to find a really good solution. She’s very talented at what she does and I was thrilled with how everything turned out.
