If you decide to go ahead and book me, a deposit of £150 is required to secure your date in my diary and for us to start the process of creating your beautiful, personalised ceremony. I'm resourceful and creative. This has proven to be very helpful on a big day, with lots of people. I'm confident in public speaking, something I've done for years. I'm a storyteller and love to create a ceremony that is about you two, and for your guests to enjoy. I LOVE my work and to celebrate love in this crazy world is a wonderful thing. My first step is always to listen carefully to what you have in mind. We will then work together to make your ceremony a reality, ensuring that nothing is forgotten. With your input, I will prepare a script that reflects the personalities, stories and beliefs of those involved, making adjustments until you are totally happy. I will be on hand to go through the plans in as much detail as you find helpful, and on the day will be prepared for every eventuality. I’ll arrive early in order to check practical arrangements, to greet you and to calm any last minute nerves. Most importantly, I will deliver your ceremony with sensitivity, care and warmth.

Do you want special elements included such as the old tradition of handfasting? A sand ceremony/jumping the broom/unity candle/ring blessing? I can tell you more about any of these. They are fun and can (if you wish) include other members of your family. You are free to choose whatever you wish. It's YOUR wedding and it's great if we can reflect this in your ceremony. Word, poems, music etc....let's celebrate your love for one another in the most ideal way.

I've been a Yoga & relaxation teacher for 23 years, which helps me to be calm & reassuring. I love being outdoors. Swimming in clean rivers, lakes and the sea, and discovering waterfalls fills me with joy. Dancing to disco music, rock, reggae & funk is uplifting. I care about our planet and do what I can to help make it a beautiful place to live. I am lucky to have a husband who makes the best hot chocolate and has a great vinyl collection. We have 3 (grown up) children - musician in Bristol / prop maker for Game of Thrones in London / Restaurant Manager in Raglan, NZ. My favourite car ever...was an old classic, a snowberry white Morris Minor which I could fix myself whenever it went wrong (which happened quite a lot). Most importantly, I'm kind....and I'll do what I can to help people.
